It is so easy to focus on the details, the language and communication gains. Lachy got a message from a client's parent while on school holidays letting him know his client was upset they wouldn't get to do therapy. Taking a step back to see the forest, he saw the time put into building trust and rapport has paid off and his client was finally loving therapy.
