Ok so for the people that are interested in Step 2 here it is:

Ok so step 2. When you understand how your energy flows around and through your body and you are comfortable with it. I would like you to imagine your energy with an outer shield of some sort. What ever you imagine the shield to be is ok. The first option you think of is the option I want you to use.
Once you have formed the shield and it is solid all the way around your energy. I would like you to make the shield the same shape as your body with no seams, cracks, seals, lines, wrinkles etc. The shield must be whole. Then make the shield only a few millimeters above your skin.
When this is done and you are happy with your creation I would like to embed a code in to your shield. The code will be a number of phrases. 1st - the only energy that can pe*****te my shield is of "Pure Heart". 2nd - the only energy that can pe*****te my shield is of "Pure Love". 3rd - the only energy that can pe*****te my shield is of "High Good". The 3rd one you may not always like at first but you come to appreciate these life lessons over time. These 3 codes are the only way an energy, ghost, spirit etc can enter your energy. Nothing else can pe*****te your energy ever again.
When the shield is done and the codes are embedded in to it I would like you to move your energy in and around your new shield. Allow it to flow and move freely.

When you are happy with the above we will move to the next step.

step 1:

Sit down on the floor and make sure that you are comfortable. If you want you can play music without lyrics to calm or distract your mind. Once you are sitting and comfy please close your eyes and listen to everything around you. When you are comfy with the sounds around you start to concentrate on the energy in your body. Start with your feet and how they feel, vibrate and pulse. Look at the energy coming from your feet and move that energy to your ankles to your knees, to your thighs, to your hips, to your stomach , to your chest, to your shoulders, to your neck, to you head, to your elbows, to your wrists and finally to your hands. You feel each part of your body vibrate and pulse. This is the energy that is currently moving around your body. Look at your energy and how it flows in to and around your body. See the colour and if possible smell your energy.

Once you have done that and are happy you can see and feel your energy I will post step 2. Please let me know how you go.

For everyone following the steps here is Step 3.
Step 3 involves experimenting with your energy and dealing with emotions. You will need to be confident that step one and step two are ok within yourself. Step 3 really is required to have balance within particularly with your own emotions. If you believe you have balance and you're able to not judge others as you have not walked in their shoes then step 3 will allow you to understand yourself much better.
Once you have developed your shield and step two has been practiced. I would like you to increase your energy around you and be in the presence of others. I would like you to take notice of how others are reacting to you not by what you say or what you do just by being in their presents. Your energy if it has balance will have an affect on those around you. Step three is about experimenting and seeing how your different moods and emotions affect others. For example if you walk into a clothes store or a coffee shop and it's not really that busy, you can focus your energy and push that out around you and allow your energy to be really positive and you sit back or you walk around and look at some clothes or take a sip of your coffee then you'll see that the shop start to fill up with people. They may not know why they are in the shop but they feel attracted to the shop because the energy inside is warm welcoming and positive. When you're at home or when you are sitting with friends and you push your energy out then they too also start to feel different things. This is an experimentation for you so that you can get to know how you affect others.
