Incredibly excited to share that Zone Psychology is now collaborating with the Atlantis Recovery Centre on the Gold Coast to provide a truly wholistic approach of integrating physical and psychological health services to optimise performance and wellbeing. Our centre will uniquely combine allied health services along with cutting edge biohacking technology to address both mental and physical well-being. ARC is currently supporting our incredible Veterans and NDIS participants and I will be aiding in expanding operations and clinical delivery to private clients, elite athletes, sporting teams and organisations. We have a lot in store for 2025 and I look forward to being able to share it with you soon. If you are a Psych, EP, Physio or other allied health or fitness professional and passionate about this space, please reach out, as we have a number of exciting projects in the works and we are keen to expand our amazing team.

Very excited to be a part of the creation of Nurtured Heart Institute Australia! Clinically, incorporating the Nurtured Heart Approach in my framework has been a game changer in how to change lives. So excited to be a part of this and continuing to share the Approach with families and professionals in this end of the world again. Yesterday I had the privilege and honour to share the stage with my dear friend and present a full day workshop on a topic very important to me. To be surrounded by a room full of incredible people who are committed and so passionate about changing the lives of others is a very humbling experience and something I never take for granted. ❤️

Just attended a brilliant lunch hosted by Wayne Holmes and featuring Andy Cullen talking about his experiences in Afghanistan and ongoing work with his charity PTSD Resurrected. It was a privilege to be there and meet other truly inspiring people- I see some very exciting collaborations coming in the near future that will positively change the lives of many❤️😊👊
