Covid 19 has highlighted the important and essential things in life
-Family/friends/connections
- Looking after nature and how we are ALL connected
- Accessibility of fresh food.

Partially workig from home has allowed me to nutrure my home garden.

My grandparents were rice farmers, my parents have a backyard full of flowers and veggies and now i have inherited the green thumb.

Nothing better than cooking with your ow home grown herbs/veggies.

Gardening not only nourishes the body, it gets us outdoor for the all important sunlight and Vitamin D but it has also been shown to improve our mental health.

Whilst I am all for minimizing refined sugars in the diet. They should not be used to blame all our health problems.

Research shows that cutting sugar from our diet results in about a 3kg drop in weight. This is prob a lot less than most of you were thinking.
