This August, we’re running a powerful, practical course that could change the way you support the young people in your life.

Over 4 Tuesday evenings—August 5, 12, 19 & 26—you’ll gain essential skills to recognise the signs of a mental health challenge, respond with confidence, and connect young people with the right support.

We’re honoured to welcome Anna Ward, a leading Art Therapist in Queensland with a Master’s in Art Therapy, over 20 years of artistic experience, and a strong background in education. Anna is also the founder of Art Therapy Gold Coast and a passionate advocate for creative healing.
Through her personal and professional journey, including a deep experiential study during her Master’s, Anna has seen firsthand the impact of art therapy in navigating life’s challenges. She brings a warm, humanistic, and heart-centred approach to everything she does.

Join us for a powerful and practical session designed to help you show up with confidence, compassion, and the right tools.

We’re honoured to welcome Megan Stray, founder of Heal.ed Tribe, who brings 25+ years of experience in kinesiology and mental health. She has also completed Eating Disorder training under Carolyn Costin, a well renowned ED expert.

Madison Bartlett is a Dietitian with lived experience in ED and will share insights into the hidden signs of eating disorders and how we, as a community can provide meaningful support.
