Unity Support Network Solutions is currently seeking experienced and confident male support workers to join our dedicated team.

We are supporting two incredible participants residing in Surfers Paradise and Pacific Pines who require reliable and skilled male staff to assist with daily living and community access.

✅ About the Role:

You will be supporting individuals with complex and challenging behaviours, so we need team members who are:
• Confident and calm under pressure
• Proactive and hands-on
• Motivated to make a positive impact daily

🧠 Key Requirements:
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• NDIS Worker Orientation Modules completed
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid Yellow Card or National Police Check
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Fluent English speaker (participant request)
• Physically capable, punctual, and strong in character
• Live locally and be available to cover extra shifts when needed

Unity Support Network Solutions are currently hiring Experienced Male Support Workers – Gold Coast (Pacific Pines)

Unity Support Network Solutions are currently seeking Male Support Workers for Community Access shifts in the Pacific Pines area, Gold Coast.
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Male Staff who are confident in redirecting behaviors and supporting the client in the community. Experience is essential; however training will be provided.
- English-speaking workers – (Client Preference)
- Males aged between 22-45 who are fit, outgoing, and proactive individuals
-Community Access Shifts 4-8hr shifts
Mandatory Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS Card)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Valid driver’s licence with comprehensive Insurance

Shifts: 10:00am–4:00pm (To be confirmed)

We’re looking for strong, experienced male support workers (ideally aged 30–40) to support a new NDIS participant on the Gold Coast, location Runaway Bay.

Must Have:
• Minimum 5+ years experience
• Fluent English communication
• Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Card
• First Aid & CPR
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• All relevant NDIS checks

This is a community access role, so reliability and professionalism are key.
