Qualifications: Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology; Diploma of Sports Development

Professional interest areas: Musculoskeletal conditions, Neurological conditions and Sporting injuries

Anything extra: I have a deep sporting and fitness background, with a personal passion for maximising performance. My experience in Resistance training, Muay Thai and Boxing has given me a deep understanding of the importance of tailored training and dedication to reaching peak physical condition.

Anything else: I became passionate about being an Exercise Physiologist from my experience as a client myself with a focus on sport performance and injury prevention. During my 2.5 years as an EP, it has been a rewarding experience to see the growth and enjoyment each person has had when they exercise and see the results/goals they have achieved
