🌺 I am a Psychologist with a holistic approach to your health and well-being.
When you come and sit with me, as much as you allow, I’ll be feeling with you into your soul self, your core self and I’ll get a sense of the uniqueness of you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
🌪️ I’ll also get a sense of some of the challenges that you’ve been dealing with in life and some of the strengths and desires that you might wish to step forward with.
🫀🗣️🤷♀️I know a lot about the ways that early life and developmental trauma can block the flow of your authentic self out into the world - through your nervous system, your energetics, through the way your organs and body systems work, as well as your mind frames and understandings of the world and yourself.
🎢🎠⛲️🎡 I like to start by getting sense of where you’re at now in your life, who’s in it, what you’re doing with your time? 🩻 What’s enjoyable but also where some of what we might call psychological symptoms are - if you’re edgy and restless, if you’re having trouble with sleep, if you’re anxious, if you’re flat, zoned out, depressed, not performing at your best. All of these sorts of things.
🤦♀️🤦♂️ If you’re in trouble with your relationship, if you’ve got chronic health stuff going on.
🧑🧑🧒🧑🧒🧑🧒🧒 And then we go back and have a look at what created your nervous system, what shaped your nervous system while it was growing itself.
How you adapted and how those adaptations have played out in your life since.
🌳 Then we go about looking to strengthen your core self and your ability to connect with that and feel that presence in your body and, if you like, act from that place.
💎🧡 I’m all about helping you uncover and feel, sense, receive and embody your authentic self and then express, connect and create from that place in your life.
🐦🔥💓 So we move between anchoring that stepping forward and creating from your soul self, your authentic self and also making space for the things that can get in the way of that. Bringing kind meeting to the hurt, frozen and cut off parts.
This is often trauma impacts.
🧠🧐🎨 It can also be the effect of having a different brain type to the average, a different neurotype to what main stream society is set up to support. In that case, just existing and going about your day-to-day, it can be a trauma and assault to your system.
🏵️🏵️🏵️ So making space for understanding neurodivergence in all its various forms and your individual experience and how that interfaces with your world and our society and what the bridges might be, what the protections might be for you and how best you can bring forward your strengths so that you can shine, so that you can enjoy being you.
And bring what you have to a world that really needs genuine human unique contributions. 🏵️
