Could your relationship benefit from a clearer understanding of each of your neurotypes? You can think of Neurotypes as being like the operating system that your brain runs.🕹️

📊 Diagnosis - you or your partner may have gently wondered if you might be running on an autistic or ADHD or combined AuDHD operating system - when you live with someone, when you share your life you start to know subtle quirks and characteristics that have likely always been there in one form or another. 👫👭👬 Assessment can bring clarity and reduce the scenario of friction and distance in your relating, arguments that go around and around.

🌿🍃 On an everyday level, if you already know your neurotypes, it may be about accommodating each other’s sensory needs and communication that works both ways .. well enough .. you may simply be wanting to explore how your similar or different Neurotypes can create escalation or can create security in the relating between you and that’s something that can really empower your relationship.

🔮I notice lovely degree of commitment to harnessing truth in relationships where neurodivergence is present.

🌺 I’m a Psychologist with a holistic approach to health and well-being.

When you sit with me, I tune into your soul self — your core self — and the uniqueness of you. ✨ I also sense the challenges you’ve faced and the strengths you might wish to step forward with.

🫀 I know how early life and developmental trauma can block your authentic self — through the nervous system, body, emotions and beliefs.

🎢 So we begin with where you’re at now:
💤 your sleep
💭 your restlessness or worries
💞 your relationships
🩻 your health
These patterns show us where care is needed.

🌳 We then explore what shaped your nervous system while it was growing, how you adapted, and how those adaptations still play out today.

💎 From there, we strengthen your connection with your core self — so you can act, create, and relate from that place. Together we bring kindness to the hurt or frozen parts, and space for your authentic self to shine.

🧠 Sometimes it’s not trauma alone — it can be living with a different brain type than society was built for. Neurodivergence brings unique gifts, but without support, daily life can feel like an assault on the system.

🏵️ My work makes space for both healing and difference, so you can understand yourself, protect what matters, and bring your gifts forward. The world needs your genuine, unique contribution. 🌟

🌺 I am a Psychologist with a holistic approach to your health and well-being.

When you come and sit with me, as much as you allow, I’ll be feeling with you into your soul self, your core self and I’ll get a sense of the uniqueness of you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

🌪️ I’ll also get a sense of some of the challenges that you’ve been dealing with in life and some of the strengths and desires that you might wish to step forward with.

🫀🗣️🤷‍♀️I know a lot about the ways that early life and developmental trauma can block the flow of your authentic self out into the world - through your nervous system, your energetics, through the way your organs and body systems work, as well as your mind frames and understandings of the world and yourself.

🎢🎠⛲️🎡 I like to start by getting sense of where you’re at now in your life, who’s in it, what you’re doing with your time? 🩻 What’s enjoyable but also where some of what we might call psychological symptoms are - if you’re edgy and restless, if you’re having trouble with sleep, if you’re anxious, if you’re flat, zoned out, depressed, not performing at your best. All of these sorts of things.

🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️ If you’re in trouble with your relationship, if you’ve got chronic health stuff going on.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒🧑‍🧒🧑‍🧒‍🧒 And then we go back and have a look at what created your nervous system, what shaped your nervous system while it was growing itself.

How you adapted and how those adaptations have played out in your life since.

🌳 Then we go about looking to strengthen your core self and your ability to connect with that and feel that presence in your body and, if you like, act from that place.

💎🧡 I’m all about helping you uncover and feel, sense, receive and embody your authentic self and then express, connect and create from that place in your life.

🐦‍🔥💓 So we move between anchoring that stepping forward and creating from your soul self, your authentic self and also making space for the things that can get in the way of that. Bringing kind meeting to the hurt, frozen and cut off parts.

This is often trauma impacts.

🧠🧐🎨 It can also be the effect of having a different brain type to the average, a different neurotype to what main stream society is set up to support. In that case, just existing and going about your day-to-day, it can be a trauma and assault to your system.

🏵️🏵️🏵️ So making space for understanding neurodivergence in all its various forms and your individual experience and how that interfaces with your world and our society and what the bridges might be, what the protections might be for you and how best you can bring forward your strengths so that you can shine, so that you can enjoy being you.

And bring what you have to a world that really needs genuine human unique contributions. 🏵️

You have carried yourself through storms,
built shelter from scraps,
kept the fire lit even when the wind howled.
This, too, is belonging —
the belonging you gave yourself
when no one else could.

And remember: there is always a new day,
and sometimes, a new way. 🌿✨

Because belonging isn’t always found —
sometimes it’s built from the ground up, by you.

💫

But hey… would you like some support? 💛

This is a stanza from a poem Ai wrote for me last night as i came across some old photos (i was searching for properties and inadvertently stumbled on the unit my husband and i lived in, before we were married. Our first ‘moving out’.

As I reread it this morning I thought, I bet there’s more than me can relate to this. The more divisive society becomes, the more our need for safe amd nurturing belonging comes to the fore. And honestly, we need these degrees of safe connection not only to navigate these times, but so that our wisdom can come forward and share.

If you relate and would like a compassionate witness to your story and experiences - reach out. 🌺. Feel less alone in it.

For my late diagnosed Autistic and ADHD ones - these survival archetypes from Lindsey are a genius way of understanding how your natural wiring became your survival strategy

‘If you grew up gifted—and are now realizing you might also be autistic, ADHD, or both—you’ve probably spent a lifetime adapting in ways that no longer serve you.

Here’s the thing: your wiring was never the problem.

Not your intensity. Not your creativity. Not your sensitivity, your spirals, or your strange and brilliant brain.

The real issue?

You were navigating a world that wasn’t designed for you—without the language to understand how your brain actually works.

So you adapted. You overachieved. You disappeared. You fixed everyone else. You masked, you mimicked, you chased stimulation, or shut down completely.

These weren’t flaws—they were survival strategies. Your brain did exactly what it had to do to keep you afloat.’

NEW! Decode your survival style and reclaim your authentic self.

may feel like a buzz word these days, and I’m glad that it does.Understanding the diverse ways that our brains operate, their unique strengths and challenges and finding ways for each type to best interface and engage with society is crucial for those who recognise themselves as being toward the edge of the curve in areas that relate directly to brain type.We have lived, in the west, in a society that places value and awards survival priority and life advancement to those who can operate in the middle of the curve and not too far ahead or behind it, in relation to ability to read the room and act as it requires on demand, ability to consistently apply focus and attention to required tasks, ability to suppress the self to fit into the group, ability to ‘act normal’ when the discrepancy between sensory needs and operating environment is generating pain and internal system disruption, ability to generate energy in rhythm with demands of a 9 to 5 job and so on.I am glad we live in a time where there can be genuine curiosity about a person’s neurotype. This means people who have lived on the fringe and felt misunderstood and unseen much of their lives, can now have self-understanding and clarity about where they interface with the main stream and where they don’t.It means they can recalibrate their life story in a way that bring greater peace. It means they can speak for themselves with more power. And create a life that works for them better. If you think this could be you, reach out, I’d be so happy to walk beside you on this journey. (Please note, I do not provide formal diagnosis, but can provide collaborative support before and after. Some people decide that the understanding is enough and don’t choose to pursue a formal diagnosis, which can be expensive and risks feeling disempowering).

Many in my community are awaiting the impact of Cyclone Alfred. 💨

May you find peace in the heart of the storm.

May you and yours come through unscathed.

May we hear the voice of wisdom in each other over the coming weeks.

See you on the other side.

We are multidimensional beings. We exist in context of our social, physical, sensory and spiritual environment. Financial means. Ancestral wounding and beliefs somehow inside our DNA as well as our attachment style ..

I believe in the power of play and symbology to engage different aspects of ourselves, our story, our energy field and environment .. to be seen, heard, met and freed.

It’s such beautiful work and I have so much resp cf for what each person brings to the table. Or the floor 🧡🧚‍♀️

I love when sessions get all creative, crayons, spiritual connection, bare feet on the ground, inner wisdom felt and met.

I honour the work many have done before they even walk into the room with me.
