Managing Director of Beyond Beauty International, she was born and raised in Australia, although Jacinta did make the Philippines her second home during her successful modelling career, she regularly travelled back and forth from Australia to uphold her reputation in the beauty industry and maintain a successful business between both countries. Jacinta is fully trained and accredited in Australia to a high professional standard as a Medical Aesthetician practicing in both Australia and Philippines, with a personal approach and natural empathy to her clients needs. Working alongside Doctors, Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeons in both country’s gaining years of experience in this field including consulting to patients for their medical cosmetic enhancement enquiries and passionately specializing in cosmetic tattoo procedures also known as permanent makeup. Aside from being heavily involved in the medical/beauty industry, Jacinta has extensive experience in the entertainment industry ranging from television shows, corporate hosting, modelling, television commercials, PR and charity events. Now she wants to share her expertise through Beyond Beauty International on the Gold Coast.

If you’ve just had your brows tattooed — or are thinking about it — here’s what really happens during the healing process 👇

💧 Day 1–2: Fresh + Bold
Colour looks darker and more defined than your final result (don’t panic, this is normal!). Your skin may feel slightly tight or tender.

😬 Day 4–5: Drying + Flaking
Tiny scabs form as the skin heals. Avoid picking! Let them naturally shed.

😐 Day 7–10: Patchy + Light
The pigment may look uneven or lighter — this is your skin regenerating and temporarily masking the true colour.

😊 Week 2–4: Colour Bloom
As your skin heals underneath, the colour resurfaces and softens into its final, natural tone.

💖 Week 4–8: Perfecting
Your skin is fully healed and ready for your touch-up appointment to perfect shape and colour.

Curious about what happens after your lip blush or lip tattoo appointment? Here’s a quick breakdown of the healing & fading journey 👇

📆 Days 1–3:
Your lips will look bold and vibrant right after your session. This is normal! The colour will appear darker initially.

📆 Days 4–7:
Peeling begins. Your lips may feel dry and flaky as the skin naturally sheds. Don’t pick or peel — let your body do its thing.

📆 Weeks 2–4:
Colour fades significantly — often 30–70% lighter. Don’t worry, this is part of the process! The true shade is still developing underneath.

📆 Week 5+
Your healed results begin to show! The colour softens and settles into a beautiful, natural tint. This is when we assess if a touch-up is needed.

📍 Remember: Lip tattoos are a two-step process. A perfecting session is typically done 6–8 weeks after the first to enhance and even out the tone.

💡 Healing varies from person to person, and pre-care + aftercare play a HUGE role in retention.

Beyond Beauty International has been beautifying clients and their lives since 2009. Jacinta James initially established Beyond Beauty International, incorporating with Revolution Massage Beauty & Lashes in 2020 with a clear vision: to provide an exceptional beauty services at an affordable price.

Since our establishment, Beyond Beauty Bundall has grown to become a leader in Gold Coast beauty clinics. Both our team and breadth of services has grown strongly. Now we deliver a total end-to-end menu of services that satisfies every beauty requirement. Every member of the Beyond Beauty team is handpicked by Jacinta James for their specialist skill and authentic passion for client care.
