Last but certainly not least is the crown chakra represented by the colour violet (I like to visualise an ultraviolet light) the crown chakra promotes the experience of mystical oneness - all phenomena are connected on many levels.

Within this profound knowledge lies the possibility of deep peace, serenity and joy. The physical body, the ego and mind are left behind for the unconditional, non-dual, luminous void of suchness.

The throat chakra is symbolised by the colour light blue or turquoise. It is associated with communication and expression especially in the sense of speaking truthfully and with compassion. The subtle realms on non-verbal and energetic connections also belong to this chakra Self expression, purpose of life, creativity and personal authenticity are projected through this chakra.

An overactive throat chakra may lead to rapid talking, mindless gossip and verbal aggression. A blocked throat chakra may express itself in lack of verbal control, inability to listen, fear of speaking, shyness and lying.

After I had my first reiki session I couldn’t believe my voice had completely changed! Even my friends and family noticed that I spoke slower, clearer, calmer and the pitch changed ✨💙
