Easter weekend menu was my love language ❤️🐣
/ Dads Homemade gnocchi w/lamb shank ragù.
/ Bruschette with tomato, stracciatella & chilli anchovies. Others with smoked salmon, capers, cream cheese.
/ Mum’s tiramisu.
/ Chestnut & porcini risotto
/ Chocolate hazelnut meringue cake.
/ Lamb arrosticini.
/ Garlic chilli prawns.
/ Abruzzese caggionetti (pastry w/ a chocolate, chestnut filling).
Family, food, a little rest & a little work in the garden. 🙏
