Anne is a heart centred practitioner, who is trauma informed, and has worked across a range of modalities supporting people to live authentically and be at peace with themselves.
Passionate about working with you to honour your true self and your own needs, whatever life stage you are at, she brings a gentle grounded energy to her work.
Anne offers
• Holistic Counselling and Somatic based Psychotherapy inspired by the Hakomi Method,
• Couples and Relationship Therapy drawing on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and Hakomi Embodied and Aware Relationships Training (H.E.A.R.T.)
• Heartworks Lomi Lomi Massage (Murwillumbah only)
The common thread to all of her work is non-judgement and loving presence.

His passion lies in supporting individuals and couples to reconnect with their innate wisdom, to disentangle from that which does not serve them, to create deeper and more loving relationships with themselves and others, and to experience greater freedom, joy, and happiness in their lives.
