Aloha beautiful souls, 💕

Are you feeling the big energy shift? I know I am. It’s been a time of deep reflection. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed, trying to hold too many threads at once. And in this space, I’ve come to the realisation that it’s time for me to focus on what my heart is calling me toward.

The medicine of cutting cords, letting go, and taking a leap of faith is powerful. When we close one door, three more open. Stepping into something new, trusting the blessings of letting go and the flow of the universe… it’s not easy, but I know it’s necessary.

So, I’ve decided to take a three-month break from all one-on-one massage and healing sessions to focus on — creating sacred spaces for community, healing, connection, and transformation.

I’m still here in the Gold Coast Hinterland, weaving together Hawaiian medicine and the next steps of this heartfelt adventure, including:

Our hearts are so full after an incredible HeartWorks Lomi Lomi Level 2 Retreat on beautiful North Stradbroke Island. 🌴 We were blessed connecting with such beautiful hearts as we embraced the calm before the storm— Daily kookaburra visits, deep connection with the sacred land, and a powerful dive into the art of Hawaiian massage.

Together, we explored hot stone massage, deep tissue techniques, and the transformative Hoʻoponopono process, peeling back layers and embracing deep peace. Even with a cyclone on the way, your trust in the process was so inspiring. 🥰 The love, presence, and courage you all embodied were truly felt.

We are beyond proud of each and every one of you! Congratulations on this incredible journey—you are all such beautiful souls and incredible Healers.

✨ Congratulations, HeartWorks Lomi Lomi Level 1 Graduates! ✨

Over the past four days, we’ve journeyed deep into nourishment, rejuvenation, and released what no longer serves us, opening our hearts, and fully embodying the Hawaiian medicine of self-care and rejuvenation and connection. 🌴🌺

Through heart breath meditations, nourishing vegan meals, immersive nature experiences, releasing processes and the sacred art of giving and receiving Hawaiian massage, you each created a space of aloha, healing, and support. This intimate group of beautiful, heart-centered souls came together in the most profound way, and we are beyond grateful for the love and energy shared.

We can’t wait to see the gifts and blessings that unfold for each and every one of you! Thank you for your trust, your openness, and your hearts. Keep sharing your hearts out to the world 💕✨

Exciting changes for the three of us at our Earth Retreats centre. As of today, Kat, Kirralee and Kendall have closed the doors to our collective wellness centre known as Earth Retreats.

The three of us are following our hearts, embracing all of the emotions, and taking a leap of faith into the next chapter of our lives.

We’re so excited to return to paradise—beautiful, sacred North Stradbroke Island—where we’ll dive deep into the heart. Together, we’ll nourish and hold space for you release obstacles holding you back, creating space for freedom, alignment, confidence and a life led by heart purpose. 💖

This training is so much more than learning a massage sequence. It’s a journey of self-discovery, connection, and stepping deeper into your light. You’ll deepen your connection to your gifts and embrace your heart purpose
