Movement really does change everything.

We kicked things off in the gym with Mark Minichiello and finished the session with boxing training with Margot Smith.

Lots of energy, plenty of laughs, and the crew pushing each other the whole time.

It’s not about perfect form — it’s about showing up, getting involved, and backing your mates.

Always a good day when the gloves come out 🤙

Growth doesn’t always show up in big milestones.

Sometimes it’s the small things — speaking up in a group, ordering your own meal, or giving something new a go.

When those moments start stacking up week after week, you begin to see real change.

More confidence.
More independence.
More belief in what’s possible.

That’s what it’s all about 🤙

Confidence isn’t something that just shows up one day.

It’s built slowly — in the small wins, in the laughs, in the encouragement from someone standing beside you saying, “Go on, you’ve got this.”

Those moments matter.

When someone backs themselves and realises they can do it, you can see the shift. And that’s what this is all about — building Mates up, one moment at a time.

If this doesn’t make you smile, we don’t know what will. Just good moments with good mates 🤙
