There’s something powerful about rhythm.

When we move together, drum together, we connect.

Last week the Mates joined Hannah from The Off-Broadway Theatre Group for a Rhythm & Roots session — finding the beat, growing in confidence, and having a blast 🥁🤝

And because one good thing leads to another, we rolled straight into a BBQ session 🍔 — stacking burgers, cooking for ourselves, and learning independence.

Music. Food. Mates.

Every glow up needs a makeover ✨

We’ve refreshed the Support Mates brand to keep things warm, inviting, and inclusive for everyone.

Our new website is LIVE, check bio + you’ll be seeing both our Mates and team wearing the new merch around town 🥳

The shakas 🤙 is still part of who we are — but now it’s joined by a new “M” symbol, representing the thread that connects us.

A huge shout-out to Olympia for leading the creative direction and capturing the heart of our community so perfectly.

Here’s to the next chapter ❤️
