Thanks for the birthday wishes! I'm 45 today and here are some requests from me to you:
1) PLEASE, give yourself a hug and kiss when you read this. A big squeezy hug!! Like you haven't hugged yourself in ages.
2) Say something kind to your body - especially your tummy.
3) Eat one of your favourite foods today. Savour every morsel.
4) Drink some water and feel it flow into your body with ease.
5) Call or write someone who's helped you and doesn't think much of themselves/ tends to put others first. Let them know you love them and they deserve rest and respect.
6) Plan a playdate with your inner child in the next few weeks. Do what you enjoyed when you were little - be it picking flowers, making things, dancing, imagining a better world etc.
7) Sit in silence under tree and breath in the free air. It's a reminder that what nourishes us is always here, available now.
8 ) Sing! ! (No kidding, after I posted this, I had an 8 life path client come in - who's a singer!)
9) Go do some numerology, palmistry or Tarot for yourself or your loved ones :D It's such a gift and so much fun. Heaps of free info on my site or you can join our calls for small group chats.
