How to achieve more by doing less. ❤️
1. When you perform a task with a joyful heart, you turn a task into a happy expression.
Not only will you achieve a successful outcome, your enjoyment of the process adds value to your life experience too.
So stop doing things when you are stressed.
Stop, take a break, settle into a state of calm, find gratitude in your heart, then restart from here.
2. Perfectionism is a major source of stress. It paralyses your ability to move forward in confidence.
Perfectionism is fear packaged in arrogance.
It often leads to complete failure because it sucks away your creative energy and bleeds you dry.
Perfectionism is an enemy pretending to be a friend.
Don't entertain it. It actually is a thief who steals your treasure of success.
3. Learn to say no to time and energy wasters, even if they are people you love.
Your time and life energy are very precious and limited.
When you spend time and energy with others, you are investing in them.
Try to evaluate whether the investment is sound or not.
Say no to energy draining activities.
Say yes to energy enhancing activities.
This energy hygiene habit will enhance your productivity.
4. Learn how to leverage and delegate a task.
This will free up your time and energy so that you can focus on the most important things.
It's soooo important for you to get really clear about your life's priorities.
When everything is important, nothing is important.
When you are everything to everyone, you are nothing to no one. Remember this please.
5. Allow yourself to take breaks. If you function in overdrive gear all the time, you will burnout and get sick. You can kiss your productivity good bye.
Taking regular breaks is equivalent to sharpening a sword regularly so the sword stays sharp and effective.
A dull, fatigued brain does not function well just as a blant sword does not cut well.
6. Don't give yourself a hard time if you fail. Don't waste energy to criticise and condemn your mistakes.
Instead, reflect on your failure, and restart.
It is ok to spend a little time feeling bad about failing, but immediately turn your focus on finding the solutions.
Every failure is another step closer to your success.
A step backward can launch 10 steps forward if you learn your lesson just like a sling shot that must be pulled backward to reach a target 10 steps ahead.
7. Your brain is your energy generator.
To be productive, your brain needs to supply energy for your nerves to perform.
Eating healthy foods, getting enough sleep, hydrating adequately and exercising regularly are essential for our physical and mental health.
This is such basic knowledge, as basic as 1,2,3, but people continue to eat rubbish, not sleep and not exercise and expect the body to be ok. Come on. You are smarter than this.
7. Declutter your space.
Throw away broken and old things.
They create bad Fengshui and block flows of new energy.
8. Minimize your commitments. Don't do things to please others at the cost of your peace.
You are allowed to priorities your peace over any parties and gatherings.
You are allowed to reject an invitation by saying, "thank you for the invite. I appreciate it but I feel i need to stay in my own space. I am sure you understand."
Most people appreciate honesty and will understand.
If they don't understand, it's ok, too. It is not your responsibility to grow their maturity.
9. Perform your task in a state of Gratitude.
Be grateful for the opportunity to be responsible for the task at hand.
Gratitude carries the frequency of flow.
It's essence is a powerful emotion that leads to happiness and fulfillment.
When you are grateful, you draw good luck and good fortune to you because they vibrate at the same resonance.
I hope these little nuggets of wisdom remind you of your brilliance and make you remember how capable you are to achieve more by doing less.
I followed these wisdoms all my life and achieved great success in very little time.
It is very worthwhile for you to explore these options.
