Women's Seasonal Reset is a nourishing offering for women who don’t have time for regular yoga but crave space to pause, breathe, and feel steady again.

Held four times across the year, each Seasonal Reset aligns with the rhythm of the seasons, offering a supportive reset through slow yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki. These sessions are instructed by an experienced Yoga therapist, made accessible to all bodies and experience levels.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about settling the body, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself.

What to Expect
Each 90-minute Seasonal Reset includes:
- Gentle, accessible yoga and restorative shapes and theraputic practises
- Breath practices to support nervous system regulation
- Sound healing and meditation for deep rest and integration
- Channelled Reiki energy offered in a non-invasive, optional way

Who is this for? Seasonal Reset is ideal for women who:
- Feel busy, overwhelmed, or depleted
- Experience stress, fatigue, or nervous system overload
- Want support but can’t commit to weekly classes
- Are curious about deeper healing
- Need a gentle, safe entry point back into self-care

Anxiety can show up in many different ways, sometimes it’s racing thoughts that won’t slow down,
a tightness in the chest,
or a constant feeling of being “on edge.”

It can make you feel restless or exhausted at the same time, disrupt your sleep, or cause you to doubt yourself even when you’re doing your best.

For some women, it shows up as irritability or overthinking; for others, it’s a quiet tension that sits beneath the surface.

However, it appears that anxiety is not a sign of weakness—it’s your nervous system calling for care, safety, and balance.

When your nervous system feels on edge, you're not too sensitive or irrational.

You NOT failing your body is simply asking for safety.

Anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout are signs that your nervous system has been in survival mode for too long. It's working hard to protect you, but it's tired.
