Single leg training should be your priority when training the lower body. ⁣
I have hip pain, so I have been focusing on single leg training. I would love to run 5kms again. ⁣

You need strong legs to be a runner. Additionally, single-leg exercises are one of the finest strategies to strengthen your lower body and enhance your running efficiency. Unilateral training is important to maximise strength, maximise stability and prevent injury and functional motor control ⁣

Some exercises that I do 3x a week⁣

Our Story

Natalie is a Gold Coast based Remedial Massage Therapist who has been massaging for 6 years. Natalie prides herself in offering a wide range of techniques including Dry Needling, Myofascial release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping and also Soft tissue Releases to help with pain relief, stiffness and helping clients get back on track with their goals.

Working closely with a variety of professional sports teams such as the Gold Coast Titans, Brisbane Broncos, Sydney Roosters, South Rabbitohs, St George Illawarra Dragons, Paramatta Eels, Panrith Panthers, Cronulla- Sutherland Sharks, Melbourne Storms, West Tigers, Union Reds and Brisbane Roar, Geelong Cats has given Natalie an understanding of each individual client’s needs. She is able to adjust the pressure and use a variety of techniques to help tailor each massage for her individual clients.

She has also worked with Olympic Athletes, Triathlon Australia, Swimming Australia, Canoe/Kayak Australia, Athletics Australia, BMX Australia, The Australian Institute of Sport, The Qld Academy of Sport & many other local, state & national level teams. She also has been lucky enough to help the athletes performing at the commonwealth games.
