Hot Yoga Oxenford At Hot Yoga Oxenford we wish to create a space for community. Where you can come to yoga practice an Prior yoga experience or knowledge is not necessary.

At Hot Yoga Oxenford, the benefits of yoga are amplified by our inspiring community. No matter how you feel, you’re never too old, too big or too inflexible to try yoga. While each class is challenging, they are purposefully designed to gradually immerse the new student into the practice over time. Hit the mat and let go of whatever it is that’s holding you back. Be willing to work with where you are and accept the amazing things that will happen when you start yoga.

As our Membership Coordinator and behind-the-scenes magic maker, she’s the friendly face (and voice) helping our members, the organisational powerhouse keeping everything in order, and the calm in the chaos when things get busy.

Happy Wednesday H.Y.O.S. Fam - Ever had questions about back bending? Maybe you’ve thought how can I feel more comfortable in this pose * cough camel 🐪 cough* - you’re not alone!! If that’s you - then this one’s for you!! Join Mantra for The Art of Back Bending- a 3hr yoga experience. Saturday 08th of March 10:00am - 1:00pm. At our OXENFORD STUDIO Tickets available now through MBO - current active members $60 ( non members $95). Backbends are more than just physical postures—they are an exploration of trust, openness, and strength. In this immersive 3-hour experience, you will learn how to approach backbending with confidence, ease, and awareness, ensuring the practice suits your unique anatomy and yoga journey.

Guided by Mantra, a passionate and experienced teacher, with well over a decade of insight, you will feel safe and supported as you:

Understand the biomechanics of backbending to move efficiently and prevent injury.
Explore modifications and variations that work best for your body.
Cultivate spinal strength, flexibility, and stability for sustainable practice.
Integrate breathwork and techniques to deepen your experience safely.
Build trust in your practice, whether you are deepening your backbends or just beginning.
This is a practice of balance—learning when to soften and when to engage. Whether you’re looking to refine your backbends or overcome hesitations, this workshop will empower you with knowledge and confidence.
