Emotions are settling and getting use to my new weekly routine. Enjoying my own practice not thinking of class plans (only positive so far)😆

~ The bow on 14 fabulous years of Lakshmi Yoga is tied and what a gift it has been. A majority of you have all received a message from me to thank you for the friendship & love shared. Last week was big, it was emotional and it was so heart felt. I haven’t really been able to connect back til now while I processed it all. Thank you for showing up in your most vulnerable moments and letting me hold space for you. Hearing some of the stories experienced has been humbling and knowing you were brave to overcome some pretty challenging times. We all carry a story that others aren’t even aware of. Continue to be kind and let your beautiful bright light shine you are loved 🤍

• moving slowly into this week just to be able to enjoy each moment •

I know in a blink of an eye it will be Saturday and what has been regular, familiar & my happy place for so long shifts to another gear. I move out of my teaching role into another focus. Mmm not sure how I feel… all the emotions are there 😌

I cannot wait to see you to enjoy the final practices for Lakshmi Yoga but hopefully not forever.

I love you all see you on the mat ☺️

• oh time is going a lil fast for me with only 6 weeks of teaching left 🥹 •

A couple things to be aware of is pricing, as it is reduced please if you are near the end of a card there are options ……
• 3 classes = $37.50
• 5 classes = $62.50
• 8 classes = $100
• 10 classes = $125
You are able to purchase these in class Eftpos or cash.
If you prefer a casual class as you go these are $14 and you can buy online or in class 😀

Can not wait to spend the following weeks with you all and practice and move and share the love 🥰
