I offer guided Hatha Yoga classes, meditation and pranayama techniques designed to focus your mind, gently shape, improve posture, relieve pain and reduce stress. I endeavour to enhance strength, increase mobility and purify the physical body. My goal is to promote more happy, healthy minds and body's everywhere through movement. I believe a regular yoga practice and lifestyle is key for better overall well-being and a service to your inner self & those you love around you. "Moving together for the better".
