Today’s BAM class had a pretty special moment — Sam My is officially back 🙌

Alayna put it out there that she wanted to welcome him back, so we ran with it and pulled together a welcome back video on the spot. Simple, genuine, and honestly just a really nice moment between the group.

Sam’s been out with injury, now fully cleared, and straight back into it. Keen to see how those moves come back now he’s good to go again 🔥

We always kick off our BAM Dance classes with a freestyle warm-up… but today? There was something extra special in the air ✨

Watching Alayna join in with our Saturday crew, connecting, engaging, and moving freely with others during freestyle was just so beautiful to witness. These are the moments that remind me why this space matters so much 🥹

What a beautiful Saturday class today 💛

We had so much fun in our BAM crew, but the highlight? Celebrating the gorgeous Peyton’s birthday! 🎉 We all came together to sing Happy Birthday, and honestly… it was pure magic. You could feel the love in the room.

What made it even more special — Peyton had already been up early paying her respects at the ANZAC Day Dawn Service. To then show up, give her all, and still bring that energy into class… that’s something really special. So proud of you 🙌

Such a heart-filled session today. Moments like this are what it’s all about 💫

Had a great time stepping in to teach the Friday class at Slay My Abilitiy today.

I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to be in the space. Everyone showed up, put in the work, and gave it their all — no fuss, just solid effort and AWESOME energy.

It’s always a fantastic feeling watching people back themselves, try new things, and build confidence in their own way. That’s what makes these classes PRICELESS!
