My life journey has been filled with many opportunities through my work to guide and support people in their lives. I have spent over 20+ years working with couples, individuals, children, young people and their families and training and teaching in small and large groups. Also speaking at conferences and events. I founded HealingHouse Cara over 15 years ago with the vision of creating a sacred space for transformation, healing, and self-discovery. My mission is to guide and empower individuals on their soul journey, helping them reconnect with self-love, acceptance, and inner wisdom. Through transformational coaching, energy healing, light language activations, and sacred workshops, I provide a nurturing environment where deep healing can take place. My work is dedicated to inspiring and uplifting, offering love, wisdom, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges—overcoming fear, grief, uncertainty, and emotional blocks. Through this journey, I have received and grown—learning, evolving, and deepening my connection to my soul’s purpose. I believe in the power of connection, intuition, and energy to create lasting change.
