Being curious is something developed when we become tired of of not trusting ourself. It's what led me to explore my inner world, the world of insight, intuition and connection to a higher power where answers are.

My upcoming retreat is about just that. 🌸💖🌸

Discovering what your soul is saying to you, understanding the language of your unique guidance and trusting yourself enough to follow through for your success and happiness.

Hindsight is necessary for us to learn from. Insight is essential for the clues as to what to do next. Foresight is the ability to see those pieces of your puzzle come together and feel, sense and see the outcome.

Beautiful, pristine Tasmania reminds me of a time long ago.

A time when there was no rush to do anything or be anywhere.

Rush hour traffic meant there were 5 cars in front of you instead of 500.

A time when food was natural and fresh from the farm to the table, no additives, preservatives and you bartered, cooked, and ate really well every day.

A time when nature was honoured and respected. Bees flourished, everybody had a garden and you spent long summer nights playing outside until dark.

A time when sharing a meal around the fire was the best part of the day. People called round for cups of tea, they brought you tomatoes or something, anything.

What do you see, sense or feel from times gone by that you're ready to bring back into your life? Maybe something in the photos evokes a memory or an image.

The starfish on the beach reminds me of the clear skies where the stars dance in unison sparkling , being chased by the healing mystical dragons of change. A time when I read dragon and mermaid books, thought I was one of the Famous Five and books were the answer to everything.

Did you feel it? The magnificent shift? For those of you who've been struggling to allow something new into your life, the resistance is fading fast! The love and support is now here. You are stronger, wiser, and more knowing!
For those of you who have been weary and tired, your inner vitality is knocking on the door of your being, ready to lift you up again! Be gentle, there is no need to rush!
For those who have witnessed loss, the rebirth is here. You may not see it, but the seeds of change are blossoming 🌸🌷🌹
Whales were once hunted into near extinction, and through right action, and the collective energy to protect them, they now thrive.
Today, I saw my first whale of the season 🐳🐋as they make their way North to birth their offspring.
This is a time of deep renewal, of radical change and releasing those people, thoughts, beliefs and experiences that no longer serve your growth or happiness.
It's a time for courage to not follow what others expect, but to listen to the whispers of your soul, that just knows what's right for you.
Be like the whale, swim slowly and rhythmically, dive deep, breathe big breaths, and sometimes, leap into the air, just because you can 🥰😅🤣

Expect radical newness to show up in your life, let yourself ponder the possibilities of a life with balance, safety, harmony, love and peace. You can have it, you just have to be willing to choose it.

It's already here, be open to it and embrace it💕💞🕊🌸🧘‍♀️

July 2025, insight and inspiration to help you navigate your way with heart and soul. Having just recovered from almost three weeks of the flu, I'm being reminded of just how many of us are revisiting the need for rest, rejuvenation, and deep inner healing. In this year of 9, letting go, breaking patterns, and starting anew, is a theme that is underpinned by the need for us to take better care of ourselves and to stay with what we KNOW is right for us.
