These holidays are for new beginnings and community for our adults! 🫶

Each Monday and Tuesday at 6pm we have combined apparatus intro sessions on offer for beginners. Choose from Hoop & Trapeze on Mondays or Silks and Hammock on Tuesdays - or grab an intro class pass and try both!

If you've had a little or a lot more aerial experience, join us for our Adults Open Aerial Jams, Mondays & Tuesdays at 7pm. These aren’t your average open training sessions, we’re adding improvisation cues, trick prompts, and strength challenges across all apparatuses.
