And just like that this super star is back in the studio 🌟 16 days post full shoulder replacement. We did the prehab so the rehab is going to be easier. In the meantime we can keep the rest of her amazing body moving and getting even stronger to fight her bodies many challenges. Movement is Medicine that is what exercise prescription is so important.

At Aspire we are a fun and inspiring professional Allied health space and we are a private Boutique wellness hub in the heart of Paradise Point QLD

We have a fully equiped space with upmarket equipment and a half Trapeze Pilates reformer and Wunder Chair, and also a treatment room.
The space is Available many hours through out the week, evenings and weekends. You can have one on ones or groups up to 6 depending on what you wish to do. There are too many options to list.
We are looking for someone to join our team delivering holistic and caring services to our clients.
