Reiki: A Holistic Approach to Healing & Wellbeing.

Reiki is a complementary therapy that aims to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through the transferring of universal energy. It is a non-invasive therapy that helps improve the flow of energy around the body and in doing so enabling deep relaxation, pain relief, the speeding up of healing and reduction of symptoms of illness. Reiki may also assist in relieving tension and anxiety, lowering blood pressure and eliciting a feeling of calm.
It's important to note though, that Reiki is not an alternative treatment for medical issues but a complementary therapy that may help support the healing process.
