Menopause is more than a physical change. It’s a transition that asks us to slow down, listen, and nurture ourselves in new ways.

Yoga offers a gentle, supportive approach to help manage the emotional, physical, and hormonal shifts that come with this stage of life. Each of these postures is chosen to bring balance, calm, and renewed energy to your body and mind.

✨ Viparita Karani (Legs Up the Wall) – Soothes hot flashes, calms the nervous system, and promotes deep rest.
🌙 Halasana (Plough Pose) – Helps balance hormones and relieve fatigue by stimulating the thyroid and parasympathetic system.
🌿 Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) – Opens the chest, boosts circulation, and gently lifts energy during times of low mood or lethargy.

A great reminder to open the conversations, honour the transition, and support our bodies with care.

At Soul Yoga and Retreats, classes are guided by Donna Blackhall, a Certified Menopause Yoga Teacher trained to help women navigate this stage of life through mindful movement, breathwork, and rest.

Yoga for menopause isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about listening deeper.
Yoga offers a powerful way to support your body and mind during this transition, no matter the stage of menopause.
