Meet Ervin, a dedicated husband who balances his career with his passion for pushing new limits. When he's not working, he’s out conquering some of the most challenging endurance events in Australia. Ervin enjoys competing in triathlons and other running festivals, but he's already training for his first Hyrox event next year.
⁠
After battling frequent illnesses throughout last year, he made a commitment to prioritise his body. Ervin understands that endurance sports are more mental than physical. He’s also learned that one failed workout doesn't define his journey.⁠
⁠
One of Ervin's most grueling workouts this year was a punishing 25 x 800m session with 200m recovery intervals. This brutal training taught him the art of pacing smart and running for longer. This session also served as a valuable fitness benchmark, giving him a clearer understanding of his current capabilities.⁠
