The notion that "anything worth doing is worth doing well" highlights the importance of thoroughness and effort, suggesting that shortcuts rarely lead to lasting success.

How you do one thing is how you do everything!

The way you turn up for your health is the same way you turn up for your goals, your growth and your life.

If you short change yourself on sleep, your meals, your exercise then you are most likely short changing yourself somewhere else too. Its all linked.

Your health patterns are a reflection. They reflect your discipline, your priorities and your self-respect.

Ask yourself the following:

How meaningful are your choices?
How serious are you about your goals?
Are you treating your goals like non-negotiables or like “only when I have time tasks”?
Do your everyday actions match the life you say you want?

Because truth be known is… How you do one thing, is how you do all things.

Our fur babies are a major part of the family. I would like to say that traditional christmas foods like stuffing, fatty meats such as ham and pork, raisins, grapes, onions, macadamia nuts, chocolate, anything that contains xylitol and others are off the menu for all fur babies.
