So many people, experiences, situations and your past journey all battling to control the heart.

Be gentle with yourself. Learn from your broken hearts- sit and quietly think what lesson it taught you. Learn to be grateful for all that is good in your life. Try to ground yourself by living in the present, enjoying nature, walking barefoot on the earth.

But most of all, learn to love yourself. Stay true to your values. Take time out. Meditate. Exercise. Eat healthy. Celebrate your strengths, values and positive attributes.

You are important! Set your intentions!

The day was perfect for me to honour the deep healing process I’ve been encompassing, and continuing to 🙌

My soul was nourished my nature this week, beaches, the lake, and this weekend time at Crystal Castle and Farm & Co Kingscliff. Reconnecting with an amazing soul who means the world to me, sharing such heartfelt joy. The ever present magpie was always around, and we were blessed with a beautiful butterfly 🦋 and a bounty of macadamia nuts

Last night I finished a 48 hour cleanse 🙌🏼

It’s been a while since I smashed one out, but I’m still glad I did! Whenever I do a day of two of cleansing (my version of fasting) I feel AMAZING 🤩

Today I feel fresh, more energised, my metabolism is firing and I feel so much “lighter” on all levels.

It’s also been a while since I’ve spoken about it, so may this be a little reminder to look after yourself in whichever way you choose!

Okay, so what is the big deal about Cleansing anyway⁉️
