Then there will be deep breathing and relaxation for a while and after that Pia tunes into your chakras, one by one to see and hear what is happening in that particular chakra and the life area it corresponds to and what messages or visuals are coming out from every individual chakra. Do you feel burnout? Do you want to get help and learn coping skills and talk about it?

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged or excessive stress, often related to work, caregiving, or constant pressure to perform. It happens when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet ongoing demands.
The challenge with burnout is that it creeps up slowly. By the time someone acknowledges it, they’re often already deep in it. Early recognition is key.
Over time, stress builds up and leads to a sense of emptiness, detachment, and loss of motivation.

Matter, life, thought, and even consciousness are just different expressions of it. And this is, what the energy healing is based on.

Here’s the essence of energy:

1. Physics Perspective (Everything is Energy)
At the most fundamental level, everything in the universe is made of energy.

Energy doesn't lie, when you feel something is no, it is deeply important to learn to say “no” because it’s an act of self-respect and self-protection. Here are few of the key reasons why it matters:

Healing from a narcissistic relationship is challenging because it often affects your sense of self, trust, and emotional stability. The process is gradual, but deeply possible with self-compassion and intentional steps. Here’s a clear quidance to help you:

1. Acknowledge the Reality
Accept that the relationship was unhealthy and manipulative.
Understand that the abuse was not your fault, no amount of “trying harder” could have changed their behavior.
Journaling your experiences can help validate your feelings and separate truth from manipulation.

2. Cut Contact (or Set Strong Boundaries)
If possible, go no contact with the narcissist.

Giving yourself time to heal is an act of deep self-respect and love. Here’s a gentle reminder to help you:

1. Allow the Pause
Healing begins when you stop forcing yourself to move faster than your soul can go.
Let yourself rest. It’s not laziness, it’s sacred restoration.

2. Feel Without Judgment
Let your emotions rise and pass like waves.
Crying, grieving, or even feeling numb are all valid parts of healing.
Don’t rush to “fix” your feelings, just let them be seen.

3. Create Safe Space
Spend time in environments that calm your nervous system: nature, soft light, solitude, or soothing music.
Healing requires safety, not pressure.

4. Release, Don’t Retain
Let go of what weighs on your spirit, whether it’s people, memories, or inner narratives that no longer serve your peace...let it go and release them gently, with gratitude.

When our brain senses danger, whether physical or emotional, it flips into survival mode, activating our autonomic nervous system. The four common trauma responses are fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. Think of them as different ways the body tries to keep you safe when it feels threatened, frightened and overwhelmed.

A “trauma response” is the mind and body’s automatic, not conscious reactions. They’re normal protective mechanisms, but if your nervous system keeps detecting danger long after the event occurred, like in chronic trauma or PTSD, these responses can show up in everyday situations and feel overwhelming.

Here are the main factors that can cause a trauma response:

1. Type of Event
-Single shocking incidents: accidents, assaults, sudden loss.
-Chronic stress or abuse: ongoing neglect, domestic violence, bullying, gaslighting, exposure to narcissistic behaviour
-Complex or early-life trauma: repeated exposure during childhood when the brain is still developing.

2. Perception of Threat
-Two people can live through the same situation and react differently. If an experience feels inescapable, unpredictable, or dangerous, the body may interpret it as trauma even if others wouldn’t.

3. Nervous System Overload
-When the fight-flight-freeze system floods you with stress hormones (adrenaline, cortisol) and you can’t discharge that energy or find safety, the memory can become “stuck,” triggering symptoms later.

4. Personal and Environmental Factors
-Past trauma or lack of secure attachments
-Limited social support or unstable environment
-Genetic predispositions or high baseline stress

5. Secondary Exposure
-Witnessing violence, caring for someone in crisis, or repeatedly hearing about traumatic events (like first responders do) can also produce trauma responses.

What happens when we are experiencing the trauma response:

1. Fight
What happens: Adrenaline surges, heart rate and muscle tension rise.
Goal: Eliminate the threat by confronting it head-on.
Looks like: Anger, yelling, physical aggression, arguing, standing your ground, intense focus.

2. Flight
What happens: The body primes itself to escape, fast heartbeat, quick breathing, jittery energy.
Goal: Avoid harm by getting away.
Looks like: Running, leaving a situation abruptly, overworking, constant busyness, anxiety or panic.

3. Freeze
What happens: The nervous system hits the brakes; body may feel numb or paralyzed.
Goal: Avoid detection or conserve energy until danger passes.
Looks like: Feeling stuck, dissociation, blank mind, “spacing out,” being unable to speak or move.

4. Fawn
What happens: Social survival response, appeasing the threat to stay safe.
Goal: Maintain connection to reduce conflict or danger.
Looks like: People-pleasing, quick apologies, ignoring personal needs, difficulty saying no, smoothing over tension.

If you feel you are experiencing a long-term or ongoing trauma response, it is important to take supportive steps like learning grounding exercises, meditation and breathing exercises and seek help from counseling, so that your body is able to learn, that the present moment is safe and your nervous system learns to have more balanced reactions. 🙏💖🙏

The “power of letting go” is about releasing what no longer serves you, whether that’s a painful memory, a relationship, a grudge, or even an outdated self-image. Here’s why it can feel so transformative:

Emotional Freedom
-Carrying resentment or regret is like holding a heavy bag everywhere you go. Letting go lightens that load, making room for peace, joy, and new experiences. New doors start opening.

Stress & Health Benefits
-Chronic tension from clinging to anger or control can elevate stress hormones. Releasing it can lower anxiety, improve sleep, and even support heart health.

Stronger Relationships
-Forgiveness (which isn’t the same as excusing hurtful behavior) frees you to connect without old conflicts coloring every interaction.

Personal Growth
-By loosening the grip on “how it should have been,” you become more open to change, creativity, and fresh opportunities.

Ways to Practice Letting Go:
-Counselling: Talking to a professional in a non-judgemental and safe place, where you can be totally yourself
-Mindfulness or meditation: Notice thoughts without getting pulled in.
-Journaling: Write the unspoken words, then symbolically release them (some people like tearing up or burning the page).
-Boundary setting: Sometimes letting go means stepping back or ending contact.
-Acceptance: Acknowledge reality instead of fighting it, this isn’t resignation, it’s clarity.

Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting or minimizing pain; it means you choose not to let the past control the present.

Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) is a mental-health condition in which someone has a long-term pattern of:

-An exaggerated sense of self-importance or believing they’re special or unique.
-Craving constant praise and validation.
-Difficulty recognizing or caring about other people’s feelings or needs (low or no empathy)
-Fragile self-esteem, despite outward confidence, their self-worth can be easily hurt by criticism or setbacks.
-Manipulative or exploitative behaviors and uses relationships mainly to serve their own goals.

To meet the clinical diagnosis, these traits must be persistent, start by early adulthood, and significantly affect relationships, work, or everyday functioning.

Being around someone with strong narcissistic traits can have a real and long lasting impact on your emotional and physical well-being. Common effects people describe include:

Emotional & Mental Effects
-Constant criticism, blame-shifting, or belittling can make you doubt your own worth.
-Chronic self-doubt: Gaslighting and manipulation may leave you questioning your memory or judgment.
-Ongoing Anxiety: Never knowing when the next outburst or cold shoulder will come keeps your stress response on high alert.
-Guilt and confusion: You may feel responsible for their moods as their behaviour or bad mood is always "your fault ".

Physical & Lifestyle Effects
-Stress-related symptoms: Headaches, stomach problems, fatigue, or trouble sleeping from prolonged tension
-Social isolation: They might discourage friendships or family connections, leaving you with less support.

Relationship Patterns
-Walking on eggshells: You might suppress your opinions or needs to avoid conflict.
-Difficulty trusting later: After a narcissistic relationship, forming healthy bonds can feel risky.

If you recognize these patterns in yourself, seek professional guidance, therapy can help you process the experience and rebuild confidence. Learn to set clear boundaries and build a strong support network.
