In the Intuitive Energy Healing session Pia combines all her mortalities together and uses Reiki, Crystals and intuitive connections to the spirits. Of course client is able to just have pure Reiki or Crystal Therapy session as well, that is completely up to the client and what is the need and want of the session. In an Intuitive healing session, Pia first has a little chat with the client to find out where they are at and what they would like to concentrate and achieve during the session. After conversation client is placed on the top of the massage table and Pia calls in the ascended masters, archangels, spirit guides and client’s ancestors to help and assist in the healing session. Then there will be deep breathing and relaxation for a while and after that Pia tunes into your chakras, one by one to see and hear what is happening in that particular chakra and the life area it corresponds to and what messages or visuals are coming out from every individual chakra. She is verbal during this time and quietly talks to clients about everything she sees or hears. After all the chakras have been checked, she goes to quiet space and gives client time to fully relax, while she will first cleanse all the chakras and then energize and balance them as well with different crystal wands. After that she places crystals on the top of all the chakras and also between the chakras, including earth star and soul star chakras. Means universal life force energy, which aims to improve health and enhance the quality of life on all levels of your being, Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Emotional. It's gentle hands on healing technique treating the whole person and creating many beneficial effects, including relaxation as well as feelings of peace, security and well-being. Also very good way to load energy into your whole body and muscles, highly beneficial for people who do lots of sports. The treatment involves a series of hand positions along the person's body, not necessarily just where the problem is. These hand positions include the head, the chest, the stomach, the upper leg, knees, lower leg, and then the ankles and feet. The Resonance Crystal Healing technique is based on the laying on of semiprecious and precious stones, where crystals are placed upon a person around the main chakras and any other areas of the body which require healing. Appointment Changes & Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment fee is charged. Running Late / No Show Policy

If you are late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled time. A 20-minute wait will be observed for late arrivals, after which time it is assumed you will not be attending your session either in person or in Zoom and your session will end. 3. If I learn of or believe that an elderly person, or disabled person is being abused or neglected, I must file a report with the appropriate state agency that handles elder abuse.
4. If I learn of or believe that you are threatening serious harm to another person, I am obligated to report this. This can be in the form of telling the person who you have threatened, contacting the police or placing you into hospitalisation.
5. If there is evidence that you are a danger to yourself and I believe that you are likely to kill yourself unless protective measure are taken, I may be obligated to seek hospitalisation for you or to contact family members or others who can help provide protection
6. There may be times when I consult with outside sources about cases. In these cases, no personally identifiable information will be used to discuss this case. How to handle a narcissistic relationship?
Handling a narcissistic relationship isn’t about “fixing” the other person, it’s about protecting your own emotional, mental, and sometimes physical wellbeing.

People with strong narcissistic traits often struggle with empathy, accountability, and healthy communication, which can make relationships feel confusing, draining, and one-sided.

Here’s what really helps in a grounded, realistic way:

1. Get clear on what you’re dealing with
Narcissistic patterns often include:
Constant need for admiration or control
Lack of empathy
Gaslighting (making you doubt your reality)
Blame-shifting and avoiding responsibility
Love-bombing followed by withdrawal or criticism
Seeing the pattern clearly helps you stop personalising their behaviour.

2. Stop trying to change them
This is one of the hardest truths:
You cannot make someone self-aware, accountable, or emotionally available if they’re not willing to do that work themselves.
What you can change is:
What you tolerate
How you respond
Whether you stay or leave

3. Set firm, consistent boundaries
Boundaries are essential, but with narcissistic individuals, they often get tested.
Examples:
“I won’t engage when I’m being spoken to disrespectfully.”
“If you raise your voice, I will leave the conversation.”
The key is not just setting them, but following through consistently ( like with children)

4. Don’t engage in emotional battles
Narcissistic dynamics often pull you into:
Defending yourself endlessly
Explaining your feelings over and over
Trying to prove your worth
This usually leads nowhere. Instead:
Keep responses short and simple
Avoid over-explaining
Disengage when conversations become circular

5. Rebuild your sense of self
These relationships can slowly erode your confidence and identity. Focus on:
Reconnecting with your values
Spending time with supportive people
Doing things that ground you (nature, counselling, journaling, movement, meditation)

6. Get outside support
Talking to someone objective can be powerful:
A therapist or counsellor
Trusted friends or family
This helps reality-check the situation and rebuild clarity.

7. Be honest about the impact on you
Ask yourself:
Am I constantly anxious or walking on eggshells?
Do I feel drained, confused, or not good enough?
Has my self-worth declined?
If the answer is yes, the relationship is harming you, regardless of their intentions.

8. Consider your long-term options
Sometimes the healthiest choice is:
Emotional distance
Structured contact (especially if co-parenting)
Or leaving the relationship
Not every narcissistic relationship can become healthy, even with effort.

9. If you choose to stay
Then your focus needs to shift to:
Strong boundaries
Lower expectations
Emotional independence
Protecting your energy
A grounded truth

Unfortunately love alone doesn’t create a healthy relationship. Mutual respect, accountability, and emotional safety do. 🙏❤️🙏

Here’s what regular meditation actually does in practical terms:

1. Calms your nervous system
When you meditate, you shift out of the stress-driven “fight or flight” mode into a calmer state. This can lower anxiety, reduce overwhelm, and help you feel more grounded.

Meditation strengthens your attention. Instead of your thoughts constantly jumping around, you get better at choosing what to focus on.

Do you feel, you need a big change in your life? Maybe change of work, career, relationship, environment, country or whole lifestyle? Big lifelong changes are events or transitions that fundamentally reshape your identity, direction, or way of living. They don’t just affect your circumstances, they change how you see yourself, others, and life as a whole.

Ask yourself:
Does this change how I see myself?
Does it shift my future path?
Will this still matter years from now?
If yes, it’s likely a lifelong change.

Many times you just know and have that inner feeling and guidance to make a change and you know how to go with the flow and embrace the process.

1. Let it be messy at first
Big changes disrupt your sense of control. You might feel overwhelmed, excited, scared, sometimes all at once. That’s normal. Instead of trying to “fix” your emotions, allow them, feel them. Suppressing them tends to prolong the adjustment.

2. Anchor yourself in what you can control
When life feels uncertain, your mind looks for stability.
Focus on:
Your daily routine (sleep, food, movement)
Small decisions (what you do today, not next year)

Just because you think something… doesn’t make it true, as your thoughts are actually not facts. Do you find yourself repeating same old thought patterns and need help to make a change?

Your brain produces thousands of thoughts every day.
Most of them are automatic, repetitive, and shaped by past experiences, not by what is actually happening right now. Thoughts are mental interpretations, not objective truth.

For example:
“I’m not good enough” = a learned belief
“They’re judging me” = an assumption, not evidence
“I always fail” = a generalisation, not a fact

Your mind is designed to protect you, not to tell you the truth. It looks for patterns, predicts outcomes, and often leans toward negativity to keep you safe. But this can lead to distorted thinking.

Common thinking patterns include:
• Catastrophising (expecting the worst)
• Overgeneralising (“always” / “never”)
• Mind reading (assuming what others think)
• Emotional reasoning (“I feel it, so it must be true”)

When you believe these thoughts without questioning them, they shape your emotions, behaviours, and reality. The shift begins with awareness.

Try this simple check-in:
Notice the thought
Ask yourself: “What evidence supports this?”
Ask yourself: “Is there another way to see this?”

You don’t need to stop your thoughts, just stop automatically believing them.
You are not your thoughts.
You are the one observing them.
