I run low-cost community yoga classes in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast. My classes are of the easy-going variety and suited to all yoga bodies! Whether you're a complete beginner or an avid yoga practitioner, I always make sure to meet you at your level. I teach a range of flows and postures from beginner to advanced and am always happy to guide you towards the next level in your practice. Class Details:

THURSDAY
6:00AM ~ Power / Strength Yoga
5:00PM ~ Vinyasa Flow
