I’m in the trenches with you on this one, mammas. 💀 There is Diet Coke and Top Deck on high rotation today because… wow. This cute little insomniac is going through something (send help).

Last night’s “sleep” looked like:
🛏️ Bed at 6:30pm
⏰ Up at 7pm
⏰ 8:30pm
⏰ 10pm
⏰ 12:35am
⏰ 1:15am
👀 And UP for a 2-hour party from 2:30am.

I don’t know if it’s a sleep regression, a growth spurt, the full moon, or just baby chaos—but if you’ve got suggestions (or solidarity), I am all ears.

We’re surviving on caffeine, sugar and sheer maternal grit today. ✌🏼💤💕

Motherhood is the most beautiful kind of chaos — full of laughter, love, exhaustion, and moments like this that make it all feel worth it. But it’s also overwhelming in ways I never expected. The mental and emotional load can be heavy, especially in those early days when you’re finding your way in the dark.

What’s helped me most isn’t just time — it’s the people who’ve shown up for me. Friends who listened without judgment, professionals who offered guidance, and family who reminded me I wasn’t alone. The truth is: it takes a village not just to raise a child, but to support a mother.

As the long weekend unfolds, we want to take a moment to wish our wonderful friends, family, clients, and referrers a joyful and peaceful Easter.

This time of year always reminds us of the beauty in slowing down, reconnecting, and making space for simple joys. I’ll be soaking in some Easter bunny magic with my kids—egg hunts, chocolatey smiles, and soaking in those precious family moments that make life so full.

People often mean well, but when you're trying to conceive, even kind words can sting 💔 Comments like "just relax" or "have you tried ___?" can feel dismissive and painful. It’s okay to feel hurt, frustrated, or misunderstood — you don’t owe anyone an explanation.

Here are 4 gentle ways to manage it:

Have a go-to response – “Thanks, we’re feeling good about our current plan.”

Set boundaries – It’s okay to change the subject or step away from the convo.

Feel your feelings – You're allowed to feel annoyed, sad, or triggered.

Lean into safe support – Talk to someone who gets it, like a trusted friend or therapist.
