🕯️ Happy International Yoga Day 2025 🕯️

From dabbling in fun poses pre 2018, to Yoga Teacher Training in 2022, up until now.

What started out as a way of moving and challenging myself became purpose, travel and a different way of living. Breaking free from the 9am-5pm and living my by own schedule.

Being trained in Mullumbimby and India, then going on to teach in Byron, Noosa, Cairns, India, Argentina and even run retreats in Adelaide has been a dream and a HUGE journey of self discovery. Not only uncovering the gift of giving, but also learning about my own limits physically, mentally, and the burnout that can come from holding space for students.

I’ve had 6 months off teaching and am looking forward to interweaving more classes both online and in person as I commence travels next week ☀️🚐🏝️
