Pilates- Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body. focuses on Alignment, breathe & balance. Hatha Yoga (Hot)- Moving meditation, working on stretching & strengthening your muscles, joints, bones & Tendons. Also detoxing your internal organs. Cycle-Riding to good tunes to pump you up throughout the class. Good form of High Intensity Interval training. Xtrainer-Spin, Boxing weights circuit Full body workout! Strength is Built, Not Given.

Every scar, every challenge, every moment I thought I’d break became the foundation of my strength. The past doesn’t define me, but it sure as hell built me.

Strength isn’t just about the body; it’s the resilience of the mind, the ability to rise after every fall, and the power to keep pushing forward when life tests you.

Ice baths? They teach you control. Fitness? It teaches you discipline. But life? It teaches you what real strength is learning to endure, adapt, and thrive.

BreathGC offers a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body & mind into the state you desire.

Its not about being perfect but learning to love your imperfections, its about connecting with yourself, learning to breathe, enjoy the company of ones self, to let go of fear & doubt.

To find this new self-confidence & love for ones self, body, mind & life itself.

Although we love and respect the spiritual side of Yoga, we do not focus solely on this, what ever spirituality means to you is personal & we respect that. We just want you to be able to connect your mind, body & soul as one when you come into our space.
