Move around the full frame and entrance with intention.

• Use symbols (if this is part of your practice)
A quiet mark of protection or blessing on or above the door.

• Anchor the space
Place something at the entrance ~
iron (like an old key), charcoal or a small line of salt.

This isn’t about blocking people,
it’s about cleansing what they carry.

So what enters your space… arrives clear.

There is a rising.

A gathering of fire in the skies, and in the body of the world.

Mars has entered Aries, and in the days that follow, Mercury, Neptune, Saturn, the Sun, Eris and Chiron join him.
Seven planetary forces igniting the same point.

Fire on fire on fire.

This is not subtle.
This is not gentle.

This is initiation.

On April 17th, under the Aries New Moon, we stand at the threshold of something raw and powerful.

Aries is the beginning.
The first spark.
The primal “I Am.”

But this is not a completed energy.
Aries must grow… must mature… must evolve beyond instinct and reaction into conscious embodiment.

This is the path of the warrior.

From the wounded, reactive self,
Into the sacred, spiritual warrior
who fights not for dominance,
but for the heart of the world.

And so the question becomes ~

What is the consciousness behind your fire?

Are you moving from the wound
from reaction, defensiveness, survival,
unconsciously feeding destruction, conflict, separation?

Or are you willing to pause…
to ground,
to breathe,

To alchemise this fire into something sacred?

Because fire, when held with presence, becomes purification.
It becomes warmth.
It becomes light.
It becomes the very fuel that carries us forward.

We are being asked now to bring balance.

Fire alone will burn.
But when met with earth, it becomes contained.
When met with water, it becomes tempered.
When met with air, it becomes guided and given direction.

We are walking the axis of Aries and Libra
fire and air, self and other, action and relationship.

After the Libra Full Moon, where we were shown the mirror of connection, we now step into the flames of selfhood.

Aries lives within the solar plexus,
the centre of will, action, and identity.

“I act.”
“I choose.”
“I move.”

This centre is ruled by Mars the masculine force within us all.

But we are not being asked to act from this place alone.

We are being asked to lift our fire into the heart.

To allow our actions to rise through the wisdom of the heart centre, the space of Venus.

The heart, governed by the element of air, opens us to compassion, to connection, to a deeper intelligence beyond instinct.

This is the sacred union.

Fire and Air
Aries and Libra
Solar Plexus and Heart

Masculine action guided by feminine wisdom.

One holds the other.
One informs the other.

Because what is being revealed now is deeper than the personal.

This is a collective and ancestral wound rising.

The wounded masculine.
The broken father.
The grief held in the solar plexus of humanity.

Chiron in Aries speaks directly to this.

The wound of the “I Am.”
The place where identity was fractured.
Where power was distorted.
Where action became harm.

This is the original wound.

And it is asking now to be seen.

To be felt.
To be tended.

Not rejected.
Not bypassed.
But alchemised.

This New Moon feels like a rite of passage, a ritual.

A moment to work not only within this lifetime, but across timelines.

Ancestral.
Past.
Present.
Future.

All meeting here.

All asking for healing.

So as you stand in this fire…

Breathe.

Ground.

Soften the body.

Let the fire rise, but do not let it consume you.

Bring it into the heart.
Let it be guided by love.
Let it be shaped by wisdom.

And from that place

Act.

Over the past week, I’ve been quietly witnessing something truly magical 🐛✨

A little caterpillar found its way onto one of my pot plants… on a balcony, two stories up. Surrounded by open land and trees, and yet somehow, this tiny being made its journey to this exact space,as if it knew it would be seen.

Each day, I’ve watched it munch away, fully in its purpose… nourishing, growing, becoming.

And this morning, there it was,hanging upside down, suspended in perfect surrender. Ready.

Now, it rests in its chrysalis.

And I find myself in awe, again of the intelligence of life, of timing, of trust.

Because isn’t this exactly where we are too?

After the recent Full Moon in Libra, completing a six-month journey that began with the Libra New Moon last October, we’ve been moving through our own quiet alchemy, balancing, shedding, realigning. Coming back into right relationship with self.

Just like this little one, there comes a moment where the doing stops. Where we can no longer force or push.

Only surrender. Only trust the unseen transformation.

The chrysalis stage isn’t loud or visible. It asks us to sit, to witness, to allow.

And something extraordinary happens in that stillness.

So if you find yourself in a space of pause, of in-between, of not quite who you were, but not yet who you’re becoming…

Trust it.

You are not stuck. You are transforming.

And just like this tiny traveller who climbed two stories to begin its becoming, there is something within you that knows exactly where you are meant to be.

Witness it. Honour it. Let the magic unfold 🦋✨

Today’s full moon reveals where things are out of balance… so we can return to truth.

She asks, are you moving from love or for love?

It lights up our tenderness.
The patterns ready to soften.
Not to fix or force, but to sit with, listen to and gently transform.

It shows us ourselves in relationship.
With others. With life. With self.
A mirror. A quiet invitation to see more clearly.

It also brings discomfort.
Not as a problem, but as guidance.
Balance isn’t found by avoiding it… but by being with it.

This is where real harmony lives. In honesty.

Libra brings perspective.
She steps back, reads the room and offers clarity. A deeper seeing. A conscious choice.

But this also moves through the body.
The nervous system. The old patterns.
The ways we’ve stayed safe… and the ways we no longer need to.

Where we avoid.
Where we soften truth.
Where we shape ourselves to belong.
Where we stay because it’s familiar, not because it’s alive.

The Moon is full, but she will begin to shed.
Layer by layer. Releasing all that isn’t true.

Libra is peace, but not the kind that avoids.

She’s the kind that’s willing to move through discomfort…to create something real.

Deep in the forest, you will eventually come across a fallen tree.

At first it can feel like a loss.

A tree that once stretched tall toward the sky now lies quiet on the forest floor. Its bark splits. Its wood softens. Moss begins to gather along its spine, and small mushrooms push through its surface like tiny lanterns.

But if you look more closely, you will see that the forest does not treat this fallen tree as something finished.

It becomes something else entirely.

Over time the log holds moisture like a sponge. Moss blankets it. Insects move in and begin their quiet work of returning wood to soil. Ferns take root along its length.

And often, if you visit the same place years later, you will see young trees growing directly from that old trunk, their roots reaching down through the softened wood.

Foresters sometimes call these nurse logs.

The fallen tree becomes a cradle for new life.

The forest understands something we often struggle with: what appears to be an ending may actually be a transformation.

Nothing in the forest is wasted.

The old tree feeds the soil. The soil feeds the seedlings. The seedlings rise toward the same light their ancestor once reached.

Life continues, not in spite of the fallen log, but because of it.

In our own lives we often resist the moments when something collapses, a plan, a role, a chapter we thought would last longer.

Yet the forest reminds us that decay is not failure.
It is part of the cycle that allows something new to root.

Sometimes the most important thing we leave behind is the ground we create for what comes next.

So if you ever find yourself sitting beside a fallen log in the woods, notice what grows there.

You may be looking at the quiet beginning of the next forest.

Recently, I haven’t felt quite like myself. I couldn’t put my finger on what was wrong, but everything felt out of alignment. I felt disconnected, like I wasn’t in harmony or balance within myself or with the world around me.

New Moon in Pisces ~ 18th March

The waters have been stirring, now they begin to still.

This New Moon in Pisces arrives as a sacred threshold. A closing. A soft exhale at the end of a potent unraveling.

The eclipse portal has moved through like a great initiator, loosening what could no longer be held, revealing truths that asked to be seen, stirring the deep, emotional tides within you.

And now…

We are invited into the quiet.

Into the sacred space of integration.
Into the listening.

Pisces does not demand.
Does not push or strive.
But whispers.

You are called inward, away from the noise,
away from the need to control or figure it all out and back into the ancient knowing that lives within your bones.

Where Virgo asked you to clear, to tend, to discern…
Pisces now asks ~

✨ What are you making space for?
✨ What truth is rising in the silence?
