Each session is held in a space of deep presence, respect and safety.
This work is trauma informed, which means the pace of the body is always honoured. Nothing is forced and nothing is expected of you. The session gently unfolds according to what your system is ready to receive.
We begin by allowing the nervous system to settle, often through grounding, breath and the use of sound such as drums or bowls. Sound and vibration help the body move into a state of regulation before any hands-on healing begins.
From there the work becomes a quiet listening.
Through gentle touch, frequency and presence, the body is invited to soften and release what it no longer needs to hold.
Sometimes this may feel deeply relaxing, sometimes emotional energy may move and sometimes it is simply a return to stillness.
Every experience is unique.
You do not need to know how to “do”anything.
You simply need to arrive as you are.
The body already knows how to heal when it feels safe enough to do so.
