Burnout isn’t a badge of honour, it’s your body sending a message.

When life feels out of balance, pushing harder only adds to the load.
Exercise can be a tool for recovery, not stress.

However, can also hinder or add to burnout and fatigue if you push too hard.

Try this instead:
Swap one high-intensity for low-impact like Pilates or yoga.

Add one small recovery ritual this week, an early night, sauna, or quiet walk.
Add in a sound bath class, stretch session, or fascial release rolling.
Keep your routine of classes, yet MINDFULLY match the energy that you have on that day.

At Samsara, we guide you to move with intention, honour your cycle, and listen to your body, so you feel energised, not exhausted.

Take some time to reflect and set an intention for what is to come.

Do it now, stop scrolling and take 5 minutes to pause and reflect. Rather than copy and paste due to a collection of habits and cycle that will give you the same outcome.

Ask yourself:
What do I want more of this week?
What’s one small action that supports that feeling?
And for this reason, What am I ready to release?

Write it down.
Place it where you’ll see it.
Let it guide your choices, from the classes you book to the way you speak to yourself.
