Qualifications:
– 600 hour Certificate VI in Yoga Education and 600 hour Diploma of Yoga Teaching with Shanti Yoga – Health Institute Australia. Experience:
- Hatha Yoga / Vinyasa Flow for all levels
- Pregnancy Yoga / Yoga for Shoulders, Neck & Back Pain / Yoga for Sciatica & Hips Pain

Yoga is the union of body, mind and spirit and through this union you will be able to achieve inner peace and become free from pain, fear and stress. My own practice has helped me connect with my true self, grow stronger and release my fears, both on and off the mat. It is a path with heart, integrating body-mind-spirit, peace-in-every-breath, classical Hatha Yoga with head to toe practices. In one session, you will experience: Breathing practices (Pranayamas), Yoga postures (Asanas), Deep Relaxation (Nidra) and Meditation (Dhyana). I love to combine creative sequencing to help you deepen your practice and help you with your physical and emotional needs, so you can step off the mat feeling relaxed, strong and balanced. Yoga therapy is a type of yoga that embraces each individual as they are, with all their limitations.
It is a common misconception that yoga is only for the fit and able, but the reality is that anyone can benefit from yoga, emotionally, physically and spiritually, even a practitioner with severe physical conditions and other restrictions.

Yoga therapy combines a range of techniques based on the physical, emotional and spiritual being.
Yoga devices like blocks and straps are commonly used in this kind of practice, also pure essential oils and candles are used to increase a feeling of calm and relaxation, among others.

PERFECTION
If you silence the thoughts in your own mind, you will realise that life is already perfect as it is now in this moment for you, that all you have to do is to accept life as it presents itself to you everyday.
The Universe has meaning and purpose...every single little thing that happens in your life has a huge reason to happen and it has the right to be as it is.
Accepting life as it unfolds to you with your arms and heart open to whatever you experience is a bliss! When you accept your own life, you understand that anything that happens is perfect because it is real.
When you are craving for perfection, please close your eyes...take a deep breath in and then out and say to yourself: "I accept life as it appears to me, I am grateful for everything that happens to me in my life, everything". Open your eyes and you will see beauty all around you.

HATHA YOGA MEANING :)

Translated from Sanskrit, HA means β€œsun”, the heat , the masculine and the active right side of your body and THA means β€œmoon", the cool, the feminine and the passive left side of your body.

Hatha yoga is a gentle and powerful practice, where self transformation occurs naturally, calming the mind and nourishing the entire being. The constant practice of Hatha yoga help the fluctuations of the mind cease in order to live in the present moment.

Hatha yoga asanas, the traditional yoga postures, create balance within the physical body and unite the opposites, so there is a balance of strength and flexibility, effort and surrender πŸ™
