We completed a full tidy-up including hedge trimming, w**ding, and a general garden clean — creating a safer, neater space to enjoy.

We recently helped tidy up a garden bed by installing a w**d barrier along the fence line to stop invasive kikuyu from creeping in. The job involved digging a trench, laying the barrier, backfilling, and leaving everything clean and neat.

It’s great to see such a positive result—and an even happier client at the end! 😊

Job Description: Casual Male NDIS Support Worker – Brighter Health Care Solutions
Brighter Health Care Solutions is a boutique NDIS provider looking for an easy-going, physically strong, and reliable male support worker to assist a 7-year-old client with Prader-Willi Syndrome. This role requires patience, compassion, and the ability to provide structured support to manage behaviors, routines, and daily activities.

This position includes ongoing casual work for the right candidate.

Key Details:

Immediate Shifts (15th – 23rd February):
Saturday 15th Feb – 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Sunday 16th Feb – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Monday 17th to Friday 21st Feb:
Morning: 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM
Afternoon: 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday 22nd Feb – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Sunday 23rd Feb – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Ongoing Casual Work Available
Flexible shifts after the initial period for the right candidate
Responsibilities:

Provide structured yet easy-going support for a 7-year-old with Prader-Willi Syndrome.
Assist with daily routines, activities, and behavior management in a patient and relaxed manner.
Ensure safety and emotional well-being while fostering independence.
Engage in fun, age-appropriate activities and encourage positive interactions.
Assist with basic personal care, meal support, and transport if required.
Requirements:

Male support worker who is easy-going, patient, and physically strong.
Experience with disabilities (preferably Prader-Willi Syndrome or similar).
Valid Police Clearance
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Reliable and committed for the required shifts and potential ongoing work.

Hi there! I'm Jacinta. I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and have spent the last two years working as Carer at an aged care facility. Now branching out to do support work, and I'm really enjoying it! I love taking the time to connect with my clients and making their day enjoyable. In my spare time I love to be creative, mostly painting. I also have 5 fur babies, 3 dogs and 2 cats who always keep the household entertaining.
