Stepanka began her career in natural medicine in 1998 spending 8 years practicing remedial massage, which led to her pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy, graduating as the most outstanding graduate in Nutrition. Stepanka has led very successful cleansing and detox workshops, and co-facilitated cleansing retreats in South West WA

. With a wealth of clinical experience and passion to teach. Stepanka has been lecturing and supervising student clinics at the Institute of Holistic Medicine for the last 10 years. Stepanka specialises in Herbal & Nutritional Medicine, as well as combining her skills in Massage, Reflexology, Flower Essences and Acupuncture to augment your treatment. She also integrates Iridology, Allergy Screening, Salivary Hormone Testing and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, and is happy to consult on a wide range of health issues.

Green tea is naturally high in polyphenols which contain catchins which have been shown to build up healthy bacteria, impact illeness, burn fat and are responsible for weight loss. The tea is also rich in thianine which boost both cognitive and mental health, it increases dopamine serotonin and reduces mental and physical stress also helps with memory and attention. Choose organic as it is heavily sprayed with pesticides. The longer you steep the higher the thianine levels and add lemon this will increase catechins availability by 5x. Enjoy up to 5 cups a day for a therapeutic dose.
