Melinda, a woman that chooses her, a wife, a mother of three beautiful children, a successful business owner of 16years, she loves life, loves helping and inspiring people, loves adventure and strongly believes if you want something enough you can have anything your heart desires – all you need is a big enough reason why, a plan and most of all, action. Pre kids, when she was not working on her business, she was outdoors doing some kind of fun, soul awakening adventure – like trekking the world-famous Mount Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, walking 900 kilometres from France to Spain, trekking through the snow in cold New Zealand or showing her respect to all Australians by doing the Kokoda trail in Papua New Guinea. Speaking of adventure, now every day is an adventure with her three little ones aged 5, 3 & 2, and she believes it’s the biggest adventure she has experienced to date.

Pivot, don’t force.

Today wasn’t a HIIT day.
I felt a little run down… so instead of forcing it, I chose what would best support me this week.

Low impact.
Core + glutes.
Still showing up — just differently.

Because consistency isn’t doing the same thing every day…
it’s staying connected and adapting when needed.

🔥 Workout if you want to save for yourself:

• Lying side raise (middle) x 10
• Lying side raise (front) x 10
• Lying side raise (back) x 10
• Lying side knee forward/backward x 10
• Repeat on other side
• Single leg bridge x 10 each side
• Alternating leg extensions x 20
• Deadbug x 20
• Get-ups x 10 each side

Repeat 2–3 rounds

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do…
is pivot.
