Hi, I'm Brooke
I'm a food loving, herbal medicine (and dog) obsessed Naturopath, Nutritionist and Iridologist. I worked as a Pharmacy Assistant for 8 years before completing my Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and my Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine in July 2016. My time as a Pharmacy Assistant exposed me to knowledge about pharmaceutical medications, their benefits and their side effects, and the important role qualified Naturopaths have in preventing and reducing the need for such medications. While studying my Advanced Diplomas I was required to complete over 680 hours of supervised clinical prac. The first few hundred hours were completed on campus in Brisbane, the remaining were completed at Bargara Beach Holistic Health Centre, where, after a few additional months volunteering I began consulting. I am passionate about health and wellness on all levels; physical, mental and emotional, and I always strive to get to the root cause of conditions and treat each person as an individual. I work extensively with medical blood pathology, functional pathology, intolerance/allergy testing, compatibility testing and Iridology in my search for the underlying conditions causing current symptoms. I utilise dietary and lifestyle modifications as well as herbal and nutritional supplements, Australian Bush Flower Essences, homeopathy and energy healing as required to manage symptoms and address the underlying cause. I love working with all conditions but specialise in:
digestive issues (IBS, bloating, diarrhoea, food sensitivities)
skin conditions (acne, eczema, dermatitis)
lowered immunit
mood disorders (anxiety, depression, low confidence, stress)
fatigue and sleep condition
nutrient deficiencies

A little update!

I have absolutely loved offering face to face consultations in Hervey Bay for the last ten years and the Sunny Coast for the last five…but as of 2026 things are changing!

2026 will be the year of Telehealth and email consults as we embark on the trip of a lifetime!

We’ve officially moved into our caravan and are preparing to hit the road for the year.

I will be back in HERVEY BAY IN THE LEAD UP TO CHRISTMAS and have opened up my online BOOKINGS for FACE TO FACE CONSULTATIONS for this period.

I have three more weeks of phone/video consultations available in my online booking system before I wind down and wait for my little mate to arrive.

I will open up online bookings again when we've settled into life as a family of four and have a bit of a known routine in place.

While online bookings are closed please send me a message for all appointment requests; I'll still be working sporadically, as needed by you.

HERVEY BAY I'm hoping for a weekend of face to face consults in October and December and will keep you updated when I know more.

​SUNNY COAST we'll be doing a little office reno in the coming months so face to face consults are a while away but in phone/video will be available upon request.

I’m offering a discount of 15% (roughly $22.50 per 500ml bottle of herbs) on herbal liquids ordered in June* - Feel free to stock up!

Herbal liquids can be collected from the parcel box at my office in the Bay the weekend of the 21st/22nd of June; or anytime thereafter.

Invoices must be paid prior.

*herbs ordered after the 22nd of June may not be eligible for discount; it will depend on the stock I have left on the shelf.

Baby number two is due to arrive in August 🤰🏼

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
HERVEY BAY I’ll be back in May and June for face to face consults (online bookings open). I’ll then be offering Telehealth until our little mate arrives.

SUNNY COAST face to face consults will be available up until August.

I’ll take a couple of months off consulting to settle into my new crazy life as a mother of two and then will be available for Telehealth consults as soon as I feel ready.

ORDERS
You will be able to reach me via email and messages during this time to place orders and send through any queries you may have. Orders will be shipped directly from my suppliers within 24hours of your invoice being paid.

The last six months have been pretty rough with regular vomiting, constant nausea, back pain and fatigue but I’m so thankful that baby boy is baking away healthily.

I know for so many of you still on your journey towards parenthood that another pregnancy announcement can feel pretty rough; please know I’m thinking of you and hope you get to experience this roller coaster soon.

Hi, I’m Brooke.
