Incorporating daily habits to boost your immune system is vital for overall health. Start your day with a balanced breakfast rich in vitamins, like fruits and whole grains.

Regular exercise strengthens your body's defenses—aim for at least 30 minutes daily. Hydration is key; drink plenty of water to keep your cells functioning optimally.

Prioritise sleep, as it plays a crucial role in immune health.

Lastly, manage stress through mindfulness or meditation, as chronic stress can weaken your defenses.

Embrace these habits for a healthier immune system!
