✅ Common Conditions We Treat at a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic
(Non-life-threatening, urgent health needs)
Minor fractures and sprains
Dislocations (minor)
Cuts, lacerations, and minor wounds
Minor burns and scalds
Infections (e.g. ear, skin, throat, urinary)
Rashes and allergic reactions (mild to moderate)
Fevers and flu-like symptoms
Nausea, vomiting, and dehydration
Abdominal pain (mild to moderate)
Minor eye injuries or infections
Earaches and sinus infections
Minor asthma flare-ups
Simple removal of foreign bodies (e.g. splinters)
Wound care and dressing changes

❌ Conditions NOT Treated at a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic
(These require emergency care—go to the ED or call 000)
Chest pain or suspected heart attack
Stroke symptoms (e.g. slurred speech, facial droop)
Severe bleeding or trauma
Severe breathing difficulties
Mental health crises or suicidal thoughts
Drug overdose or poisoning
Complications during pregnancy (e.g. heavy bleeding)
Seizures (first-time or prolonged)
Loss of consciousness
Motor vehicle or industrial accidents with trauma
High-risk allergic reactions (anaphylaxis)
Complex medical conditions requiring specialist care
