To our incredible clients, families, and supporters,

It’s with a heavy heart that we share the news that our Plan Management services will be coming to an end. This decision has not been made lightly, and while it marks the close of one chapter, it also highlights the wonderful journey we’ve had together.

We want to take this moment to express our deepest gratitude to each of you. Your trust, resilience, and unwavering determination have inspired us every single day. It has been an honor to walk alongside you, to celebrate your wins, and to support you in achieving your goals. You’ve been the heart of everything we do, and we are so thankful for the memories we’ve created together. 💙

We also want to reassure you that all our other services, including Support Coordination and Community Supports, will remain unchanged. Our commitment to providing the highest level of care and support in these areas continues, and we’ll be here for you every step of the way.

While our Plan Management services are concluding, we will ensure a smooth transition so your needs are always met without interruption.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. This isn’t goodbye—just a shift in how we can continue to support and cheer you on. 💕

About time thought leaders started speaking about this!!

It’s time to challenge the outdated assumptions on who can and can’t contribute to a workplace - everyone has potential and deserves the chance to try and fulfil it. The world is beginning to understand that neurodivergent thinkers contribute many unique and sought-after skills to the workforce, but we need to act faster. Embracing neurodivergent minds will address enormous skills gaps and talent shortages that businesses face in this high-tech, AI-centric future of work.

October 10 is World Mental Health Day, and today, I’m going to share something very personal.

Over the last four years since starting our business, I’ve worked so hard to create a community where people can show up exactly as they are—no judgment, just support to help you live your best life.

The truth is, I did this because my husband and I knew what it felt like to have no one. I never wanted anyone to feel like they didn’t have someone in their corner. But, in building this, I’ve had to face my own struggles with mental health. I’ve spent the last four years holding onto so many traumatic stories, advocating for people who, at times, took more than they gave. It drained me of the energy I should’ve saved for my own family. And now, I’m empty—nothing left in the tank.

From all of this, I’ve developed vicarious trauma, and it’s something I’m working through now, with the love and support of my husband and girls. I want to bring awareness to mental health, because it’s so important to know—it’s okay to admit that you’re not okay.

On the very first day of my healing journey, I was in Ballina. I spent five minutes dancing in the sand, with my girls laughing in the background. You can’t hear it in the video, but I hope you all can find moments of joy in whatever you’re doing, too.

What I’m most proud of is that I’ve built a place where I can show up as my true self, and still be shown love and support when I’m struggling. I hope you all know, this place was built for you, too—by someone who understands what it feels like to be without it.
