Have you tried Thermomix® zucchini slice?

It’s my go-to for work morning teas. Quick to make, easy to transport, and always disappears fast 👀

This version uses rice flour, so it’s gluten free without compromising on taste 🙌

Perfect for lunchboxes, weekend prep, or when you need something simple that still impresses. And the best part? You can cut it up however you like for easy, clean presentation (next time I will try remember to do that before the photo 🤣)

Only now it’s a whole lot easier thanks to the Thermomix 😄

And this little cupcake pen from Themix shop… game changer. Made pouring the pancakes an absolute breeze. Even better, it’s reusable 👌

Hot cross buns… but with white choc chips instead of currants and sultanas 🙌

Nothing better than that smell filling the kitchen 🤤

And here’s the finished product 🙌

Thick, creamy, and made with just a few simple ingredients.

This is why I love making yoghurt at home:
✔️ Way cheaper than store-bought
✔️ No hidden extras
✔️ Tastes even better (in my opinion 🤣)

Perfect on its own, with fruit, or thrown into smoothies.

Once you get into the habit, it’s one of those things you just keep making on repeat.
