The natural way to good health....
Back pain, tennis elbow, headaches, sporting recovery, relaxation or just plain fatigue, let me help you..naturally..
With over 15 years experience working in the industry, I have helped many people with a wide range of conditions and assisting their mobility, performance, recovery, and general health, without requiring the use of constant pain medication. My experience ranges from athletes to the elderly, working in clinics, in rehab, hospitals and in the community.
I am also a mum of twins, so I “get it” when parents need help with a massage to ease tension and knots from day to day life with kids. I am also very experienced with those in the sporting fields, having previously worked with sports physios, as well as worked at SASI and the AIS, travelling on the World Tours with the Australian Beach Volleyball teams, thus providing me with much exposure and experience with many different aspects of massage to aid recovery and basically help people perform at their best.
From the sporting fields to working with post-surgical patients, in rehab and acute care hospitals, as well as with the elderly in nursing homes, I believe that Massage Therapy can assist all people in all walks of life to help them feel better in so many ways, it is such a beneficial treatment to everyone.
Now based at Physio One, Morphettville, I am working with a friendly team of Physios who are more than happy to help you further with any specific issues. Appointments can be made online or by calling the clinic on (08) 7077 0870. HICAPS on the spot claims are available for all health funds. Please check with your health fund if you are unsure of the benefit amount or limits.
Whether you’re looking for enhanced sporting performance, pain relief from debilitating headaches, or simply want to unwind and relax, a massage may help you.

WHAT TYPES OF MASSAGE DO YOU OFFER?
If you need to work out some of those tired or sore spots, a massage can help greatly. You may be tight from sitting at work all day, sore from your morning run, stiff from working in the garden all weekend, or in need of some stress relief and relaxation from the kids, I can make sure you get back on track quickly. I provide:
Remedial Massage
This involves the use of various hands-on techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy & Myofascial Release. This may incorporate techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial cupping, active and passive movement and assisted stretching.
Sports Massage
I use remedial techniques to assist sports performance and enhance recovery and can work in with your coaches and physios to assist you to your best.
Therapeutic Massage
Incorporates various techniques designed to relax, de-stress and release soft tissue tension. Great for stress and anxiety management, and to assist general well-being.
Myofascial Cupping
Using either silicone cups or traditional heat cupping methods, this works on releasing the myofascial tissue and drawing toxins to the surface. Sometimes leaving ‘cupping’ marks (completely normal and will disappear gradually over approx 14 days), it is both a relaxing and effective way of releasing tissue and tensions assisting further from the manual massage techniques. It also assists with the movement of fresh nutrients in the blood to the tissues to assist healing as well as effective on scar tissue on surrounding areas post surgery.
CAN I CLAIM ON MY PRIVATE HEALTH FUND?
For Remedial Massage Treatment within the clinic, we are able to process health fund claims electronically through the HICAPS system.
Please note that not all health funds are currently listed on the HICAPS system for Remedial Massage, and you will need to check if your personal extras cover extends to remedial massage and benefit amounts. For any health funds not on the electronic HICAPS system for claiming, a receipt can be issued for manual claims.
