About Me – Meet George Stevens, Your Exercise Physiologist 🤓🏋️

I’m George Stevens, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and the founder of Evolve Movement Exercise Physiology. With over 17 years of experience, my passion lies in helping people move better, reduce pain, feel stronger, and improve their quality of life.

My journey began with my first job in a gym at 19 and progressed over the years where I developed a deep understanding of strength training and athletic performance. Over the years, I’ve coached bodybuilders, powerlifters, and athletes across various sports, working with youth through to adults to enhance their strength, endurance, and overall performance. I’ve also served as a strength and conditioning coach for teams and clubs, including Northern United Football Club, Just Futsal, and Swimsations Swim Club.

Through my work at Evolve Movement Exercise Physiology, I specialize in evidence-based exercise interventions tailored to each individual’s needs—whether you’re recovering from an injury, rehabilitation post surgery, managing a chronic condition, or striving to reach new athletic goals. I’m passionate about getting you back to where you want to be so you can spend time doing the things you enjoy!

I believe exercise should be accessible and effective for everyone, and I take pride in delivering personalized programs that make a real impact. Whether in the clinic, on the field, my goal is to help my clients evolve into the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.

Super proud of these Legends! 👊 and at .gym powerlifting comp yesterday Both getting PBs with some amazing lifts on the day!

Phill's best Lifts on the day were:
Squat 220 (just missed 230)
Bench 145
Deadlift 230

Shanes best lifts for the day were:
Squat 300
Bench 200
Deadlift 200

Shane wanted to hit that squat and bench before his 50th birthday in November so stoked he got the done 💪
