This time of year often invites reflection.
Before I look ahead, I like to spend some time sitting with what the past year has shown me so that what I choose for the coming year is clearer.

With that in mind, I’ve created a free Reflective Automatic Writing exercise.

Your voice is not just sound. It carries emotion, memory, intention & truth. When your voice is allowed to open in a gentle and safe way... and with awareness - it can soothe the nervous system, soften long-held tension & reconnect you with parts of yourself that words cannot reach.

This is the heart of therapeutic voice work.
Not performance.
Not perfection.
But presence.

Thank you for showing up with courage. Thank you for being willing to sound, to feel, to soften, to receive and to expand. Thank you for meeting yourselves honestly, even when it wasn’t easy.

It is never lost on me what an honour this work is. Every session, sound circle, workshop, retreat and immersion reminds me why I do what I do. I love this work and I am deeply grateful to walk alongside you.
