TRY THIS:
1. Notice/pick one feeling in your body. (Don’t explain it. Don’t label it. Don't analyse it.)
2. Give it a sound: one long exhale sound.
3. Move your body along with the sound (shake your hands, roll your shoulders, stomp your feet, etc.) for 10 seconds.
4. Finish with stillness and a gentle hum.
5. Notice what has changed.
