I am so excited to share my new book - Embodied Voice Alchemy: A Practical Guide to Group Sound Healing with the Human Voice.

This guide has grown out of almost a decade of facilitating monthly Shamanic Sound Journeys and 20 years of training and using my voice as a sound healing instrument. I find the movement of energy in a short (4 minute) sound session fascinating. It goes to show just how much you can move with the voice and intention.
This was captured at 1 minute, 2 minutes and 3 minutes in and then the end of the session with me behind the camera. Thanks Julia!

Putting it out there again...
Does anyone know of a suitable & RELIABLE venue where I can hold the Sound & Move class and the monthly Sound Journey in LISMORE preferably on a Sunday. The venue I'd booked and paid for is no longer available.

There needs to be room to fit at least 15 yoga mats comfortably. Sound & Move is a noisy class with lots of different people sounding and processing at times but also moments of quiet and stillness, so it needs to be in a place where no one will be disturbed.
The Sound Journey is just me making the sounds... which can also be quite loud at times but I need quiet outside for the participants. Any leads are much appreciated.
