PRACTICE #8
In this practice we create space to receive deep nourishment. It's an invitation to allow ourselves to RECIEVE.
The path of motherhood is a path of constant giving, and sometimes it might feel unbalanced, we might feel we are giving everything and not receiving as much as we would like to.
And many times this is created by us. We overload ourselves, we are constantly doing, and in this doing we don't allow space for something to come in, for us to receive. It is so important that as mothers we give from a place that does not deplete our energy.
Being a mother involves many sleepless nights, tiredness, pain in the body, emotional tension, all what we go through in our physical body in pregnancy, the stretching of our body, the heaviness, the opening, lactation, carrying our babies. All the emotional tension.
All of this is accumulated in our physical and energetic body, it all leaves footprints. And stagnations start to build up, tension builds up, unbalances. So this practice is about coming back to our balanced expression.
Once again we find stillness and from this space so much is revealed. the tendencies of our breath to be scattered or short, or the resistances of our body to allow the nourishing flow of breath in. The tendencies of our bodies to tense certain areas. Or the mental patterns that arise.
So this practice is about reclaiming our Balance.
